So, I'm gonna mention it again in Ch 20 specifically, but I figured I'd give this it's own update. Lazy Musashi is freaking awesome and came up with a calendar for Copper 9 in the fic, with 13 original months (Seramorris is canon), and then split the 441 days of the year across those months in a manner that made sense. I then sat down with him on Discord for over an hour and redid my timeline with that new context, putting a lot more accurate dates to everything, including actual birthday dates for The Neglected Children of Outpost 3 (& Thad). This in turn actually lets me write scenes out of continuity way more easily, so long as I manage to specify that an event is further back than the present point being read and specify when a scene gets back to the present. There'll be an example of that in Ch 20, where we get a look at events near Outpost 4 that took place back in Umbrion (9th month of the year) of 3065 where events at Outpost 3 are about to roll into Seramorris (13th month of the year) of 3065.
So, before I go to the actual calendar, a bit of context: Copper 9's year starts in the Spring, rather than early winter as the Gregorian Calendar does on Earth (at least, in the northern hemisphere, below the equator, it's actually summer in January), and as such, the first month of the year is the first month of Spring. With that out of the way, here's what he came up with, which is a canon calendar for Copper 9 in the fic:

While I'm not posting actual birthdays here just yet because of a couple spoilers, I will tell you all that Andrew's (and consequently, Joe's) birthday was Seramorris 25th, 3054, two days before the 2nd anniversary of the Core Collapse in this timeline.
Chapter 20 is EXACTLY 37k words so far and is proceeding apace. I'm hoping to have it out by the 31st of October, so that my next planned Side Story and Ch 21 can be my attempt at clearing NaNoWriMo 2025.
