My systems come back online, and I pull myself up to see Mikaela inside of the stasis pod.
But her skin is now a faint blue with circuitry lines intersecting and crossing in areas, as the stasis pod slides open I push my servos to reach her side in a flash, Mikaela's eyelids…Optic shields flutter before opening, her eyes glow a beautiful ethereal blue, but they are still her eyes, then armor forms around her body making her look similar to Sari Sumdac.
Gently taking her left hand between both of mine even as they cycle through blaster and plasma blades I don't let go, as I see the bone deep panic in Mikaela's eyes, before the armor recedes, along with the blush flesh and circuitry returning her to her normal human self.
"I-I met him…Pr-Primus…" Mikaela struggles to say but then sits up sharply and pulls my face against her chest.
Our neural networks flare and connect like spark mates…all of her feelings her memories are sent to me in a high-speed download while all of mine are sent to her.
Mikaela gasps softly but gently moves her hands along my face, 'I can protect him now, the way he protects me!' Mikaela thinks happily, as Guardian…the name he prefers now because she gave it to him returns to his human mode and snuggles against her in the berth of the stasis pod.
"I'm so happy you're alright…Mikaela when I saw you in there, I thought the worst had happened." Guardian mumbles as he presses his lips to the small patch a flesh between my breasts.
"I'm better than alright, I feel powerful…and so much more deeply connected to you…I couldn't be happier than I am now." I reassure my big lugnut headed husband, my whole body grows tense before it relaxes, 'Husband…Guardian is my husband now that's what the synching of our emotions and memories means. It's a part of Cybertronian culture.' My face starts to hurt from smiling so hard.
"Mmm, it's kinda a relief that you're not squishy anymore…now I don't have to be so gentle when we fuck." Guardian's voice is playful and full of teasing but it makes my heart race with excitement.
A startled giggle slips out of me at Guardian's playful teasing, as my back connects with the berth, and Guardian's knee slides between my thighs, then his hands lock around my wrists and pin them above my head against the cool metal of the berth.
His beautiful golden eyes stare into mine with an intensity I've never seen before from him, "Mikaela, will you marry me how you've always dreamed and pictured you'd have your dream wedding and will you be the mother to our…to the first true birthed sparkling to be born in millions of years?" Guardian asks me, his eyes blazing with an even greater intensity than before.
"Yes, I want to marry you and I want to have beautiful babies with you!" My voice comes out as a loud cry and then his lips slam against mine, silencing me.

Mikaela snuggles against my side, her fingers gently gliding across my chest, "We have to recover the Allspark…before we get married." Mikaela murmurs softly, making me nod in agreement, "Yeah…and I think…we should pass it off to Supra, I'm not sure why I just feel like she should have it." I offer as there is something about Supra that I can't quite place.
Mikaela hums against my chest, "Yeah…I get that same sense about her too…There are also your sons..I know that you feel betrayed by both, but I also know that you still love Megatron and Orion…I mean Megatron and Optimus Prime…you need to reconnect with them and see if you can't end this war that has ravished your home and people during your absence." Mikaela murmurs against my chest and I feel her starting to fall asleep.
"I know…I still love those two pains in my ass…but I also want to rip out their sparks and bathe in their warm energon." I mutter back wondering how damaged the two have become for Megatron to do something as disgusting as splitting a Cybertronians spark into hundreds of slivers then using those slivers to create drones.
With Mikaela entering a deep sleep I climb out of the still open stasis pod, and leave the ship heading for the Hoover dam using flight mode and full stealth.
'I shouldn't be doing this without her but the humans can detect, harm and kill Cybertronians…and whatever Mikaela is…because she's not a full Cybertronian she's something new…something special.' My feelings towards Mikaela's rebirth are complicated but mostly they are on the positive side of the spectrum, I just can't help but worry there will be a price to be paid for her rebirth.
