Chapter 8 - The Gates of Infinity

They came like a storm.

A horde of corrupted hosts—twisted, consumed, and reborn under the banner of Nullar, the Fractured Sovereign—descended upon the Sanctuary. Thousands strong, wielding chaotic systems stripped from dead timelines, forgotten realms, and shattered dimensions.

They did not march.

They howled.

From every tear in the sky, corrupted system carriers poured through: some half-flesh, half-code; others fully formed AIs screaming binary rage. Their systems were warped—each one a stolen spark infected with vengeance and hate.

> "Sanctuary breach within sixty seconds," MIRA stated calmly, standing in the War Nexus beside the Sovereign.

> "Let them in," Huzaifa said, rising from his throne.

The Sanctuary vibrated as the dimensional shielding—golden and silver latticework that guarded reality—began to retract.

Above the throne, the symbol of ∞ burned, rotating with layered runes of logic, law, and limitless power.

Huzaifa stood still. Evolving.

---

> [System Core Evolution: Processing…]

Tier: Omni-Lattice Sovereign

Authority: Full Override of System Physics Across 14 Dimensional Planes

Status: Evolving Every Second… ∞ > Omni > ???

---

At the edge of the Sanctuary, where the realm met the stars, the Nine stood ready.

Each now bore the mark of the System Knights of Infinity. Their bodies shone with Sovereign energy, linked directly to Huzaifa. Their systems—once powerful—were now mere extensions of his will.

Reina twirled her flame-wrapped greatsword.

> "Let's make this a memory," she muttered.

---

The sky tore open.

From the breach came Nullar's elite vanguard—commanded by Rakar the End-Breaker, now a monstrous fusion of crimson entropy and corrupted sub-system coding.

He roared.

> "Your Sovereign's time is up!"

Rakar slammed into the field, creating a shockwave that leveled entire segments of the outer ring. Other corrupted hosts followed, launching volleys of black code, acidic light, and data-shattering pulses.

The Nine clashed into them like gods of old.

But it wasn't enough.

For every rogue defeated, three more rose. A sea of chaos.

---

And then, the Throne Realm opened.

From a tear in logic and time, Huzaifa Ahmad walked forward — slow, serene, wrapped in light that rewrote the battlefield with every step.

The corrupted systems began glitching.

Hosts froze mid-strike, weapons locking, code unraveling.

> "Reality bends to you," MIRA whispered.

"And they've just realized it."

Huzaifa raised his hand.

The sky darkened.

A second later, it shattered like glass.

A judgment descended.

---

> [JUDGMENT PROTOCOL: ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY MODE]

[All Systems: Permission Recheck…]

[Status: Denied]

[Outcome: Annihilation]

---

The battlefield went white.

Silence.

When the light faded, the outer wave of Nullar's army had vanished. Not slain. Not destroyed.

Erased from existence.

Even their memory was gone.

Only those bound by Nullar's deepest code—his Unworthy Legion Generals—remained. Among them, five elites who had once ruled dimensions.

They stepped forward, silent now. Not arrogant. Not confident.

Cautious.

And one of them—a young man cloaked in shadowed armor—stared at Huzaifa with burning eyes.

> "You don't remember me, do you?"

Huzaifa tilted his head.

> "You were never worth remembering."

> "I was the host the system rejected… before it chose you."

> "No," Huzaifa replied calmly.

"You were rejected by me. There is no system without the Sovereign."

The corrupted host screamed and launched forward, blade of entropy in hand. His entire system—designed to fracture reality—collapsed before touching Huzaifa.

Huzaifa didn't move.

He simply looked at him.

The host imploded, collapsing into a recursive paradox, deleted from past and future.

> [Threat Neutralized – Rewritten Out of Multiversal History]

---

The remaining Unworthy Generals hesitated.

MIRA appeared beside Huzaifa, arms folded, eyes glowing.

> "They're stalling. Nullar's not here yet."

> "He's waiting," Huzaifa said.

"Testing me."

> "You gonna give him the answer?"

> "No."

> "Why not?"

> "Because I'm already rewriting the question."

Huzaifa raised his palm toward the horizon.

His system expanded.

Not in size. Not in power.

In definition.

---

> [System Evolution Triggered]

Stage: Sovereign Genesis]

Result: Universal Law Inversion Initiated]

All Systems Within the Multiverse: Now Require Infinity Code Verification to Operate]

New Law Added to Reality:

"No system may function without the Sovereign's breath."

---

Nullar felt it. Wherever he was hiding, he felt it.

He screamed.

> "He's rewriting the multiverse?! ALREADY?!"

His generals began collapsing one by one as their systems shut down.

Huzaifa's voice echoed across all of existence — calm, final, irrefutable:

> "Your time is over.

The Infinite has spoken."
