"Mumma i am getting late for my university please recite ayatul kursi for me so i can go!" *I screamed from dining room after having my breakfast*
"Ahaan wait". *Mumma said*
I saw her walking towards me while reciting ayatul kursi for me so that i can go to university safely. To be honest i love it about her, she never let me go without reciting anything. As she completed reciting she blew it on me...
"Now can I go My father's Queen before I get late?". *I asked playfully earning a soft chuckle from my mother*
"Yes, you can go. Fi Amaanillah." *She said as she kissed my forehead and after that i left the house in hurry I saw my father is Waiting for me in the car*
"I am really sorry Appa i am late again" *i apologized while sitting in the passenger seat*
"It's okay princess, you are not late and by the way let me remind you that i am gonna drive so don't worry.". *My father said with a soft smile on his face*
I fixed my hijab looking in the car's mirror as my father drive.
"You'll pick me up after university right?." *I asked*
"No princess, I'll be in office. So Umar would pick you after university." *My father replied*
"No way i can't go with that chimpanzee papa . He always come on his bike and the girls of my university are crazy for him.". *My father laughed*
"I can't do anything about it princess afterall he is my son...he is handsome and you should be grateful to have a handsome brother and father.". *He said proudly and i Just laughed*
"And what about me and mumma?"
"You both are the best thing ever happened in my life...My beautiful ladies!." *He said lovingly in soft voice*
"Now go before you miss your class." *He pull up to the university and opened the car door for me.*
"Princess treatment for my beautiful princess." *He said and i chuckled we hugged eachother and he give a soft kiss on my forehead and left after saying Fi Amaanillah to me.*
I hurried to my class sat beside my bestie Lily who was just glaring at me because I was late again.
"Sorry na it's not that late."
"Shut up." *She cut me off*
After our classes we go to cafeteria but still she is mad at me and I was just following her to apologize.
"You were late again today how careless you are!"
"I am sorry naaaaa."
"I can't even stay mad at you for long time yahhh."
*She complained dramatically*
"Who can ignore a innocent girl like me." *I said while running my hands over my hijab*
"Yeah whatever you say Miss Fatima." *She replied*
"Aren't we gonna eat anything? I am HuNGrY!." *I said frustrated because of hunger*
*Yes yes you go there I'll buy your food because I know what you want." *She said while pushing me to a empty chair*
After sometime i saw her coming towards me with a tray of food, there is two burgers and a sandwich and two cups of cold coffee.
She sat beside me and I couldn't wait as i started eating then she said while take the sandwich.
"Do you know that college Owner's Son is coming tomorrow for the seminar."
"So?"
I replied uninterested.
"Girl she is too handsome an-"
I cut her off while chewing my second burger.
"I don't care afterall i am here to study and also I don't like other Men except my father and my brother."
"Come on you got no vibe."
She said.
"You know what lily? I am a Muslim and My first priority is to please my Rab and my Rab said to stay loyal for my future partner and I'll do what he says."
I paused.
"And you know this hijab and abaya is a gift for me from Allah. this is a crown for a woman in islam because women are Queen in islam and for Men they should treat women with so much care and respect."
I saw Lily was lost in her thoughts after sometime she said
"You know what Fatima? I really admire your religion i mean how much rights and respect your religion has given to women."
"Yes, and that's why we woman should respect our religion and do what Allah told us to do because indeed only he knows what is better for us and what not."
