Here's a quick list of the cast who've appeared so far to keep everything on track:
Renji, Reika, Shira, Suwabe, Yamagami, Kouga, and all the Kokuren higher-ups: Genzou, Hino, Enshou, Tsuda, Kitamura, and Shinpei. Everyone will have their proper role! And of course, more mafia boss-woman will appear in the future!
The series is far, far, far from over. These thirty-something chapters are really just the prologue. Things are only going to start rolling from here (˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧ If you want to get a sense what you're getting into, imagine it like Bakemonogatari series by Nisio Isin, but without superpowers or magical deity, mine is just pure tragedy, blood and gunpowder...
I've always planned this to be a long series. Something that could eventually grow into an anime or a game someday. Maybe, if I ever find a team or people who share the same passion, who knows?
Since the story's reached a good stopping point, for now, I'll be taking a short update pause to add illustrations and enrich what's been written so far (You can check my illustration on X-formerly-Twitter, and Patreon!).
Don't worry! I'm not quitting writing. In fact, the continuation is already in progress! I just need around 2–3 months before the next routine weekly update.
