Chapter 40 - We had two soldiers with us inside the van.

 They just smiled cheekily and shook their heads.

"Of course not!" they said in unison, and I scrunched my nose at them.

"Kidding! HAHAHA. You're so red, girl!"

"Whatever! Let's just go."

We started walking to the private waiting area. When we got there, Kristan quickly helped me with my bags, unlike those two girls who were too busy fantasising about Enzo instead of helping me.

"How are you? Let me take this," he said, eyeing Doctor Aira, probably wondering what was going on with her loud voice.

"I'm good! Thanks."

I smiled at him and he smiled back, his dimples showing. So cute. We're now on the plane. Kristan is sitting beside me.

Also on this private flight are other volunteers, nurses and doctors from different hospitals.

We brought medical tools, equipment, food, supplies, and all kinds of things we'll be distributing at the evacuation centre.
