"Can you call Jenny from the other table?" I nodded and followed Mommy's lead.
I walked over. "Sister Jen, Mommy is calling you."
"Oh, okay, Ma'am." Sister Jen stood, carrying Vivienne, who immediately started crying.
"She's yours now," Sister Jen handed Vivienne to me. "Baby, we'll come back later, okay? Your mom's friend wants to see you. I'll keep you here."
"Ta…ta…nah…no," Vivienne wailed, still crying as we made our way back to our table.
By the time we arrived, Mommy, Daddy, Aliyah, and Mr. President were already seated.
"Why is the little one crying, cousin?" Jenny muttered quietly, but I heard it. I glanced at her and smiled.
I handed Vivienne to Mommy, and she sat on her lap.
"She doesn't want to leave her friends, Ma'am," Jenny said, sneaking a look at Aliyah before glancing back at me.
"Omo! She looks just like Talia. Last time I checked, Talia married a business tycoon. Was it Carl, Auntie?" she asked, frowning.
"It's Lucien, Iha. Oh, right."
