Ashina listened attentively to ryoma while also reading the scroll passed to him.

"Villages could develop poisons or toxins to target our high yang affinity and high vitality some could be made to hinder regeneration." Ryoma added knowing that later on orochimaru's kusanagi would be laced with venom strong enough to slow or hault regeneration all together.
Ashina read over the scroll, said scroll even had already made techniques and seals for those who chose the medical path.
Next was the scroll named village defense causing ashina to quirk a brow.
Opening the scroll ashina saw the schematics for a village wide wall filled with sealing formulas and a multi-layered barrier, ryoma took this barrier layout from wakanda, a physical barrier backed by both a sensory and reverse sensory barrier. Also the barriers would be invisible unless attacked.
One would allow for the village to know what was going on at all times in the village while the second 1 would stop outside forces from sensing inside the barrier plus the barriers made up a full sphere around the village protecting underground as well.
Ashina nodded his head he liked this, a way to protect those he swore to better. Like the others the scroll held self created barrier arrays and more it also held the know how to create said arrays. The scroll even had a dedicated energy source created via seals.
Ashina turned to the door. "Akama!" He shouted and not to long after 1 of the gaurds came in.
"You called Uzukage-Sama!" Akama asked as he stood straight.
Ashina handed the village defense scroll to akama. "Carry this to the villages fuinjutsu workshop and pass on my order I want this up in a year at least and 2 at most go!" Said ashina and akama nodded once before he flickered away using the body flicker technique.
Turning back to ryoma ashina found said young man handing a 4th and last scroll to him.
Taking it ashina read the title. Project Anbu: Tide!
"And this!" Asked ashina as he opened the scroll.
"Tobirama created a branch of konoha responsible for Espionage and Counter Espionage, Border and village patrol, kage protection and assassination, branches like T and I along with the Sensory team would all be part of this branch." Said ryoma as he sat straight.
"Also I'd like to apply for anbu commander as I can train chunin level shinobi up to jonin in 6 months for you and the clan and village elders to see the benefit." Ryoma finished confident he could no he knew he could.
Ashina quirked a brow before nodding. "Alright I'll allow it I wish to see the village flourish just like any other." Ashina paused before continuing by the end of the week I'll have 20 chunin ready for you to train." He added.
Ryoma nodded his chest swelling with confidence. "Thank you Uzukage-Sama!" Said ryoma with a bow before he stood to leave, he needed to gather all the seals he would use to create his villages very own anbu black ops.

Later that day ryoma made it back home and reported his success in his ideas being implemented while some would take longer than others like the village wide barrier some like the anbu would be tested in just 6 months time.
After a lengthy conversation with his grandfather ryoma paid his mother and grandmother a visit only to be doted on like he was still a young kid.
