Chapter 15 - 14.“The Laws That Shatter”

⚔️ Scene 1 – The Battle Halts

Aiden's battle with the Duché had ripped apart reality — gravity looping, stars blinking mid-day, languages glitching across regions.

And just as it looked like the Remnant would pull Aiden into a concept cage —

Time froze.

Not slow motion.

Not suspension.

Stopped.

A new pressure spread across the world — like air turned liquid. Every monster on Earth — all of them — stood still.

And then, in the center of the battlefield…

A black line split the sky.

And a voice whispered like thunder:

> "You're all so loud."

---

👑 Scene 2 – The Arrival of Cam

A figure floated down through the split sky, wearing a coat of shifting void, his eyes glowing with nothingness, the space behind him erasing existence itself.

Cam.

Not a god.

Not a devil.

Something worse.

Aiden stepped back — not in fear, but in respect.

The Duché stopped moving.

Even Brian hesitated.

Cam didn't look at any of them.

He lifted a single hand.

And all across the entire planet, in every ruined zone, every battlefront, every corrupted forest — the monsters disintegrated.

Not exploded.

Not vaporized.

They were forgotten. Like they never existed.

A perfect global wipe.

In less than two seconds.

---

🗣️ Scene 3 – The Message

Cam turned slowly to the world.

Broadcasts across every screen, every satellite, every brain chip — all locked onto him.

He smiled.

Not cruel.

Not kind.

Just… above it all.

> "You're confused."

> "You think you've fought monsters."

> "You think you've reclaimed Earth."

> "You think Heaven sent judgment."

He looked around the battlefield. Brian. Aiden. The broken team.

> "You've all done well."

Then his tone dropped. Colder. Final.

> "But this is my world."

> "Everything you fought — I allowed."

> "Everything you destroyed — I created."

He raised his hand again.

And behind him, portals opened.

Not hundreds.

Not thousands.

Millions.

Inside each, new nightmares twisted in waiting — creatures that looked alive, but weren't. Some resembled gods. Some resembled humans they had lost.

And they were all smiling.

Cam looked back, his voice calm:

> "You've had your fun."

> "Now... keep surviving."

> "Let's see how long you can last… without the illusion of hope."

---

🌑 Scene 4 – Cam Leaves

With a flick of his hand, he vanished.

The sky healed.

The monsters didn't come through yet.

But every portal stayed open — hovering in the sky like wounds.

And everyone on Earth knew:

Cam could end them at any moment.

He just didn't feel like it.

---

🧠 Scene 5 – Aftershock

Brian fell to his knees.

His mind shattered for a second.

Infinity was screaming. Not in rage.

In fear.

> "We are not the highest," it whispered.

> "He… rejected the system."

> "Cam does not grow… he consumes meaning."

---

David, standing far off, clenched his fists.

> "We're not strong enough."

Kendall turned away. "Not even close."

---

🧍 Scene 6 – Aiden Stays

Only Aiden remained calm.

He looked up at the sky and whispered something to himself:

> "This wasn't part of the deal, Cam."

Then, to himself:

> "Guess I'll have to break the chain."
