The next day, Free was in his room when a carriage arrived at his house, outside Lina was waiting. Two men came out and start to take out the sack from the carriage.
"oii miss, we're done" one of them said putting down 5 sack at once in the storage room Free design recently.
"Time to eat Hayan delicacy again!!!!" another guy said, he jump onto the carriage roof. "oii driver let's go!!" he yelled, the other guy get in and the carriage starts to move, as the cheered along the way.
Lina sighed, she closed the storage room and went inside the house. Inside Elina was mopping the living room's floor. "Elina can you clean the bath tub too" she asked.
"Yes!!" Elina said, Lina smiled faintly and went to the kitchen to cook lunch.
In the upstair in Free's room, he was done signing documents and scrolls. He lean in his chair and pulls out a metal ball. Inside, it was empty shell imbued with fire spell and water spell under the empty space. He pour some mana in it and water starts to come out but, it was steaming hot and Free's hand burned. "Ahh!!" he screamed, letting the ball fall from his palm.
"It still need some adjustments" he said, taking the ball into his palm again and thought for a moment.....ding!. Free mind lit up, he went out of the house and stop into the garden, Hinata was training her sword skill beside the root tree, she stop training the moment she saw him.
Free dug a hole in the garden and buried the ball there, nothing happened. "Just as thought" he said, taking out a mana absorbtion paper.
2 minutes later, the ball was buried again with the mana absorbtion paper, Hinata looked confused while Free stared intently at the ground where he burried the ball, slowly something rise, it was water with steam coming out. 'It worked!!' he celebrated at his success with a clap.
"Wha-what's this?!" Hinata screamed, as she touch the water, it was hot and it came out from the ground. "What did you do? the water is hot" she asked, turning to Free and he just grins faintly.
he takes out the ball from inside the ground and remove the mana absorbtion paper from the ball. "It is a hot spring ball i design, it produces hot water" he proudly explained its function to her.
"What is a hot spring?" she asked, curiosly staring at the ball in Free's hand.
"A hot spring is.....well.. A place that has hot water that can help people get relax" he answered, Hinata's eye sparkled hearing it.
"Does that mean all tiredness will be gone!!" she leaned closer, Free took a step back. "Can you make it, please please big brother!!" she asked, Free glance at her eye, it was sparkling with hope and joy.
"Y-yeah i will" he said, she celebrated while he sighed, a defeated one. He thought of making some design to make a hot spring for it.
In the afternoon, Free was in the ramen stall again but not in the public section, he wad in the private section(he made for his family and Sylvia's). He sat down and sighed again, tiredly.
"Chief, as restless as always" the chef said, placing a cup of milk in his table. "Mind sharing the reason?".
"Well, it's that my sister wants a hot spring and i haven't fully made the design" he said, drinking the milk. "Guess i'll just have to put it in the bath tub".
"As doting as always" one of the young chef said, with dozens of empty bowl in hand. "Also head chef mind lending a hand, there are too many costumers!!".
"I'm busy!!" the elder chef yelled, he turn his attention back to Free. "So anyway, what's a hot spring?" he asked, and Free slide a hand through his face.
3 minutes later....
"Ahahah, so that's what a hot spring is!" he laughed loudly, patting Free's shoulder. "In my opinion, let your family use it first!" he adviced but Free shook his head in refusal.
"I don't want them to have their first experience like that" Free mutter in a low voice with a gloomy face, he put his hand onto the table.
"Then why don't you just say it is still not ready?" the chef said, but Free face gloomed more. "Ah-ah chief!".
"I can't, Hinata's eyes were literally sparkling" he said, looking up a little at the chef. "Can you refuse your sister whose eyes are sparkling with excitement and innocence" he asked.
The chef taken aback by Free's question, he cough in his hand thinking. "We-well i can't refuse either if your sister want it that much" he said, just then Sylvia walk in with Sylphia. "Hey its a priv-ohh, it's lady Sylvia and her mother".
"Hey, i heard everything" Sylvia said, she sat beside him and ordered a ramen. "If you want to refuse i can help" Free look up hearing it, Sylvia's was smiling with a reassuring and warm smile.
"Really..." he said, she nods and Free smiled a little. "Thanks" he gave a hug to her, she blushed but didn't push him until he himself let go of her, while the chef and Sylphia were just grinning eye to eye.
"Anyway let's go to your house now" Sylphia interrupted wih a grin.
"Ahh, yeah" Free said.
"But firsttttttt...." she paused for a dramatic effect. "What's a hot spring?" she asked, Free slap his forehead.
39 minutes later....
The three reached Free's house, outside Hinata and Hina were playing tag, Hinata stop the moment she saw Free. "Brother!!" she shouted, running toward him. "Have you made the hot spring you promised this morning!!" she asked, hugging his hips.
"Uhhh...about that...?" Free hesitated, she look up to him waiting for an answer.
"Free needs some time for it" Sylvia interrupted, Hinata turn to her. "Free can't make the hot spring for now" she said.
"B-but brother" she look up but Free nodded at Sylvia's word. Sob. He flinched. "You promise!".
"H-Hinata i was just-"
"Liar!!" she yelled cutting him out, Sylvia place a hand gently on her shoulder and drop to her knees.
"Free just wants what's best for you" she said, smiling gently.
"Yes, he wants to make your first experience the best and memorable for you" Sylphia joined in, chuckling faintly as she pat Hinata's head.
"Really" Hinata look toward Free and he nodded, slowly her sobs faded. "But promise me, you'll let me relax in it first" she said with a pout in her face.
"Y-yeah i will!" Free said with full confidence. 'Guess i'll have to make it stylish for her, Lina, mom, Elina and Sylvia' he thought, Hina pulled his clothes, he turns to her.
"Papa" she said, everyone tilt their head toward him. "What's a hot spring?" she asked, and Free absolutely lost it.
"It is a water" he mutters, tired of explaining the same thing for the 4th time today, Elina inside finish cleaning the bath tub, and a ramen was in the table with a note in it 'From your dearest brother' she smiled and ate her ramen happily.
