The Nova Sentinels stood in a wide circle, bruised and battered from their battle with Karnex. Their Nova Shards pulsed dimly—flickering, like wounded hearts.

Enter Veyra, stepping from a corridor of light—her presence radiant, her voice calm but firm.

Synkris stood in the center of his collapsing sanctum, torn and weak from his last confrontation.
Black mist formed behind him.
Karnex emerged.
Synkris (irritated): "You broke free. Good. Now let me finish what I started—"Karnex (laughing coldly): "Finish? You couldn't even crush a handful of children."Synkris: "They are more than they seem."Karnex: "No. You are less."
Karnex stepped closer, his voice a venomous whisper.
Karnex: "When I bring ruin to Earth, I won't need shadow tricks or broken shards. I'll use fear. Fire. Force."
Synkris glared, but didn't answer.
Karnex: "Rest, old ghost. The age of monsters has returned. And I will end what your failures could not."
Back on Earth
Veyra placed her hand on the center of their circle. The Nova Shards rose, glowing as one. A spark of new power passed between them—raw, wild, but united.
Zevor: "You have begun to unlock it: Nova Resonance. A bond beyond energy. A bond of spirit."
The team exchanged determined looks.
