After my dad dropped me home he said he had to go somewhere quickly, I didn't bother asking where cause not as if I would have gotten any answer in return.
I went upstairs to my room and slumped on my bed with a sigh, today as really been a long day.
Actually today has really been a rough day for me with the incident that happened in the bathroom.
"Seriously did that really happened"
"Are you talking to me" I turned towards the window and saw Xavier sitting in his favorite spot giving me a weird look
"Holy shit you almost gave me an heart attack" I looked at Xavier holding a hand to my chest.
"Seriously"
"Xavier would you stop doing that" I said quite annoyed,
"Doing what" he asked acting all clueless and it was kind of cute.
Oh my gosh Limah what are you even thinking he is not cute he is annoying, I scolded myself.
"You know what i'm talking about" I said glaring at him while getting up to sit down on my bed properly.
"How would I know if you don't tell me"
"I might be a ghost but I don't read minds" he added while looking at me.
"Okay then"
"stop creeping on me like that".
"I'm not creeping on you"
"You are the one who's always lost in your thought and don't notice when i'm around" Xavier said.
"Whatever"
"What are you even doing here" I added turning to glare at him.
"What's with the attitude today" Xavier asked walking towards me and stopped right in front of me.
"I'm sorry for snapping at you like that"
"Is just that I really had a bad day today at school".
"What happened" Xavier asked.
I told him about my encounter with queen B in the bathroom.
Not excluding the part of how I missed the bus and got a ride with zion and the whole school freaking out about it since he is the golden boy of the school.
Anytime I do mention Zion's name his expression always changes but I choose to ignore it, and not question him about it because due to previous encounter, it never really ends well.
I don't want him running off this time I can really use some company,
"Oh" was all Xavier said I could see he was really uncomfortable with the conversation, so I decided to ask him about his day
"How was your day" I asked him
"It was okay"
"I went ghost haunting" Xavier said grinning looking at me with a small smile.
"Seriously" I asked quite interested
"Nah just joking" Xavier said chuckling slightly.
"You so annoying at times" I said while pouting.
"ughhh" I heard Xavier groaning.
"What" I asked surprised
"Stop it ok"
"Stop doing that" Xavier added looking at me the expression on his face was unreadable.
"Doing what" I asked quite confused,
"Doing that thing with your face"
"Stop pouting" Xavier added with a serious expression on his face.
"Why" I asked again I really wanted to know the reason.
"Cause you were just too cute and it's driving me insane".
"Oh sorry" I apologise blushing,
"Pink looks good on you" Xavier said while smirking.
"Seriously Xavier stop teasing me you not helping matters" I said while covering my face with my hands. i was really a blushing mess by now.
"Ok sorry then"
"I give up" Xavier added while laughing slightly, and his laughter was like music to the ears.
When I removed my hands from my face I was met with Xavier intense gaze I could feel his gaze piercing through my soul.
"Xavier" I called out but no reply.
"Xavier" I called out this time more loudly.
"Yes" l heard him say above whisper,
"Are you okay" I asked
You kinda zoned out" I added.
"Yeah I'm fine" Xavier whispered taking a step forward to sit on my bed. I was really of conscious now cause we were sitting really close to each other
"Limah" Xavier whispered looking at me really closely.
"Yes" I replied.
While trying as much as possible to avoid his gaze cause with the way we were sitting so close if I take one glance at his face I won't be able to look away.
"Do you mind me being a ghost" he asked I was quite surprised by the question.
"No of course not"
"I meant to say you don't mind me not being human" Xavier asked again, trying to collect his words carefully as if he was afraid of say the wrong thing
"Of course not j don't mind you not being human" I replied looking in his eyes this time
"Then you don't mind me doing this" before I could comprehend what was happening, Xavier lips were on mine.
