Chapter 2 - Rise of the Heroes - Part 1

25 years later, After the declaration of the Rana Dynasty, the people have been living in shadows with fear. Until that day, when the saviors came.

Throwback to 2055, where a leader was taking its shape to rescue its people from the evil hand of Jung Bahadur Rana.

A rebellious child named Tanka Prasad Acharya, living in a village where the people strictly follow the rules formed and introduced by the Rana rulers like Sati. Since his childhood Tanka Prasad Acharya was against this system and the rana rule.

After the sad demise of his parents in his early childhood, he had been raised by his uncle "Hari Krishna Acharya". Unknown to the truth that the ritual that he hated the most was the reason for his mother dead as well.

Since his early childhood, Tanka Prasad Acharya was a hard-working child that had been helping his uncle in the work, as his uncle was a wood collector referred as "lagche" in the society. And one day when he was out collecting the wood, some soldiers from the capital came to the village to collect the taxes and check the borderlines from the village.

Everyone, scared giving their tax one by one to the soldiers, feared and stressed Hari Krishna Acharya, who was unable to collect enough tax, was trying to convence and was asking for mercy from the soldiers. Despite begging so much, the ruthless soldiers gave him the punishment of 100 lash in front of the entire village for not providing enough tax. And through that they set an example for the entire village that if anyone breaks the rules of the king, they will pay for that. After doing so they left the village with their tax collected.

After a while when Tanka Prasad returned to the village, he saw everyone gathering and could feel the sad atmosphere running in the village.

Tanka Prasad Acharya: What's going on here?

Villagers Bowing down their heads couldn't face their eyes with him.

Villagers were gathered in front of the house of Hari Krishna Acharya, sad and full of regrets. After not getting answers from the villagers Tanka Prasad runs toward their house and sees his uncle's dead body lying in front of their house.

Hari Krishna Acharya who was the only support to Tanka Prasad was lying dead. Seeing his dead body Tanka becomes unconscious and falls. As his uncle was the only one who he admires and loves the most.

Villagers take Tanka to his room for rest while they start to prepare for the last rite of Hari Krishna Acharya "Dah Sanskar".

Sun full of sorrow and hope set to set while Tanka Prasad gives his hand to his uncle for the last time.

In the Fire of his dead uncle, The fire for independence and freedom grows bigger within him and he takes the vow of bringing down the Rana Regime to its knees.

 

Years Later…

 

Somewhere near Kanti Nagar, the capital of Kantipur.

People gathered seeing soldiers were arresting a group of people who were secretly planning for an armed revolt against the Rana regime. Many destructive grenades, guns made with the help of local material were found and were ceased by soldiers. The head of the soldiers ordered the soldiers to take these weapons and destroy them.

A group of soldiers left with the weapons to destroy it while the other group went towards Kanti Nagar prison with the people they arrested. Far away from there some people were keeping an eye on them as it seemed like it was their plan all long to trap the rana soldiers.

On the way to the prison the soldiers were attacked by the group of people who were spying them earlier with the same kind of weapons they just saw in the village and ceased it. Because of the surprise attack by the mysterious gang the soldiers couldn't counter it and were killed by the mysterious gang, meanwhile the soldiers who went to destroy the weapons were also ambushed but weren't killed instead kept as hostages and were in talk to take them to their hideout.

One of the members of the mysterious gang ordered his people to go back to their area and start investigating the hostages and gathering some information from them.

 

MEANWHILE IN KANTI NAGAR PRISON

The jailer of the prison who was already stressed because of the increasing rally that was done against them to free the freedom fighter named Bhagat Kumar, who was arrested a month ago for his continuous rebellious movement against the Rana Regime and its rule.

While he was thinking so, one of the prison guards comes to his office and says the Soldiers who were sent to capture the people for taking illegal weapons had escaped and had killed a group of their soldiers as well and the remaining were taken as hostages with them.

Hearing this, the jailer gets shocked and runs toward the cell of Bhagat Kumar. While Bhagat was reading a book of Chanakya.

Jailer: Is this the work of your people?

Bhagat: What happened sir?

Jailer: Don't act smart Bhagat, you know about this! What's your next plan, tell me.

Bhagat: What plans? I have been here since the last 1 month so how would I know about it?

Jailer taking deep breath leaves from there.

As jailer was under the pressure of the rana to clear the people outside the prison and stop the rally going on as fast as possible and in this tuff time if he took any action against Bhagat will ignite a fire of revolution against the people and he didn't want that to happen.

Jailer gets to his office and starts thinking about what to do to stop the rally.

 

 SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A JUNGLE

The hideout of the mysterious gang.

The captured hostages were being tortured by the group to tell them the answer. Despite the torture, they weren't ready to answer any of their questions, instead they were telling them to surrender and bow down against the Rana Regime.

Hearing this they all shoot the hostages till dead leaving a single hostage for furthermore investigation.

Dasharath: So now they are all gone. You tell me where he is…

Scared soldier start to tell him about their required information.

Meanwhile a person goes toward their leader and asks him what to do next. And the leader of this mysterious group was none other than Tanka Prasad Acharya.

Tanka Prasad Acharya: Now it's time to release him from prison.
