Chapter 8 - Chapter 8

#Namikaze_Family – (1) Continued

The luxurious car sped toward the Namikaze clan's estate. Along the way, Naruto gazed out at the city—Konoha.

As he observed his surroundings, he noticed a little girl walking hand in hand with a young boy, both of them smiling.

The girl had short blue hair and rosy cheeks, giving her an angelic appearance.

Walking beside her was a boy with long brown hair—beautiful enough to be mistaken for a girl, but he was indeed a boy!

(Hinata and Neji??)

Naruto thought in surprise, watching their figures slowly disappear into the distance as the car drove further away.

A small, relaxed smile tugged at Naruto's lips.

(Sakura-chan is here… and Hinata too!! What luck.)

He sighed and let his body relax. At the moment, it wasn't so easy for him to go out searching for the people he once knew.

First, he had to discover who was trying to assassinate him. Only after eliminating that threat would he finally have the freedom to go wherever he pleased—or so he believed at that time.

---

Long minutes passed, and the car finally came to a halt. The driver spoke respectfully,

"Naruto-dono, we've arrived."

"Alright."

It wasn't the first time the previous body's owner had visited his family, but this time was different. Naruto had yet to meet his parents—alive.

He stepped out of the car calmly and looked up at the massive Namikaze estate. It was no less grand than the Uzumaki clan's manor; it felt as if both clans were equal in strength.

Naruto maintained his composure as he walked toward the front entrance, where two powerful guards stood.

"Naruto Onii-chan!!"

As soon as Naruto opened the mansion door, a little girl's joyful voice rang out.

"Aiko-chan."

He smiled warmly and embraced the small girl who had thrown herself into his arms with overwhelming happiness.

"I missed you, dear Aiko-chan," Naruto said, holding the blonde girl who wept tears of joy at seeing him.

"I missed you too, Naruto Onii-chan!"

They pulled away slightly, smiling and laughing together in shared joy.

"Naruto-sama, it's an honor to see you again!"

The servants bowed deeply in respect upon seeing him.

"Thank you, Kon, Carol."

Naruto smiled at the two who had just greeted him.

These two guards held a special place in Naruto's heart. They had played together since long ago. Though they were assigned as his personal guards whenever he visited, they were more friends than subordinates.

"Where are Father and Mother?" Naruto asked with a joyful look after Aiko had left.

"Let's go, Naruto-sama," Carol said gently, her silky black hair and lovely green eyes radiating warmth as she smiled at her master.

With those words, she began walking ahead, followed closely by Kon and Naruto.

Meanwhile, back to the two children who were walking hand in hand with innocent happiness—it was, of course, Hinata and Neji Hyūga of the powerful Hyūga clan, one of the four great families in Konoha City.

"Neji-san, do you think I'll make a good wife in the future? Otou-sama told me that I should be a good girl to become a wonderful wife like Okaa-chan," Hinata spoke sweetly, her innocence glowing as she held the hand that made her feel safe.

"You'll definitely be the most amazing wife ever. We'll all be happy together then, Hinata. Don't worry—you're already a good girl."

Neji smiled gently, eyes closed in a wise, mature expression. As always, he was a genius and a source of pride for the Hyūga main house.

A marriage had already been arranged for him at this young age—a rare privilege, especially considering Hinata was only from the branch family.

"Let's hurry, Hinata, before your parents start worrying."

"H- Hai…"

Naruto continued walking through the mansion, taking in the surroundings. He didn't sense any of the sinister aura he had always felt at the Uzumaki compound. Here, it genuinely felt like home. He felt he belonged—but deep down, he knew it was impossible.

For Naruto's survival, Grandma Mito had made an agreement with Kushina for him to take the name Uzumaki. From that point on, he would belong to that clan forever.

But it wasn't entirely a bad thing. His uncle Yukiteru and his cousin Ella had always looked after him, and he was genuinely happy to have them by his side.

He even began to feel a sense of respect for Grandma Mito. His life was bound to change for the better—this, Naruto truly believed deep in his heart.

"We've arrived, Naruto-sama."

Kon and Carol stopped before a grand white door, adorned with golden decorations and matching golden handles.

"Lord and Lady Namikaze, Naruto-sama has arrived for a visit."

"Naruto?? Come in!"

Upon hearing that soft, gentle voice, Naruto felt his chest swell with emotion, and his eyes slowly welled with tears.

How overjoyed he was in that moment?

Seeing his parents right before his eyes—his heart beat wildly, as if on the verge of shouting out his overflowing emotions.

Carol opened the door and bowed deeply as Naruto stepped forward slowly, his expression shifting step by step into one of intense yearning.

"Otou-chan, Okaa-chan!!"

As soon as he saw them, he ran at full speed and threw himself into their arms, crying out like a small child. No—he was a small child.

His tears fell in heavy streams as he held them tightly, eyes shut, overcome by longing and immense love.

"My dear Naruto… I missed you so much, my little one," Kushina whispered with a smile, gently running her fingers through his hair.

"My son… welcome home," Minato smiled softly, eyes closed in slight embarrassment, but his joy at seeing his son could never be hidden.

"I missed you both… so much… I never stopped… I wanted to see you… to hold you… to feel your warmth filling my body and my lonely heart… I missed you more than I can say… it was a deep, deep longing!!"

Naruto sobbed, shaking his head side to side in agony, releasing the flood of emotions that had built up over many long, harsh years—whether in this body or his previous life.

"Oh my god… what happened to you?! Who dared make you feel this much sorrow, my baby?! Tell me!!" Kushina shouted in fury, her hair rising and defying gravity with her wrath!

"Haha… calm down, dear. Maybe he just missed us, that's all," Minato raised his hands in a fluster, trying to soothe his wife's boiling temper.

"N-no, it's nothing… just like Otou-chan said—I missed you both," Naruto wiped his tears with his small hands, smiling with immeasurable happiness in that moment.

"Since we're all together now, what do you say we take a little stroll around the area?"

Minato smiled warmly, trying to lighten the mood with his gentle suggestion. He glanced toward Kushina, who blinked in surprise, as he added:

"I heard a new restaurant has just opened nearby."

He placed a finger on his chin as he recalled,

"I believe it's called… Ichiraku Ramen!!"

Naruto's eyes widened slightly in surprise, then sparkled with excitement as he exclaimed:

"Yes! That sounds like a great idea!"
