"Do not be afraid, for we shall over power the enemies, let us stay together in unity for divided we fall, let us have faith in each other for it can move a mountain, it can do the impossible and all the possible. Thank you." A tall man known to be General Sirius said addressing the army. "Let's welcome commander Black." Claps echoed round the dark building. Commander Black mounted the podium. "Well General Sirius has said it all, we are going out there to kill night walkers disturbing the peace of Woodland, our noble town. King caleb III has ordered us to bring the skull of the leader and we shall do just that!!!" Commander Black said and left the podium. Shouts and scream, fear and anger, happiness and joy could be seen simultaneously on the face of the mere soldiers, for they know when there is war, there is peace.
"I'm against this, there have to be a better way of resolving this than to fight like animals." General Sirius said as soon as they left the gathering. "Ha ha ha ha ha, what are you talking about Sirius, the nightwalkers are the animals and sometimes the humans would have to kill them when they cause too much trouble." Commander Black replied. "Don't you fear, the last time we went against them, we lost so many men." General Sirius said. "Even to kill their leader was very tasking." They were being accompanied by two other commanders, Charles and savage. "Ha ha Lord wildrick, a very hard bone to crack. Either ways, we have to make sacrifices in order to punish them for their atrocities." Black said. "What makes you think we'll win this war?" General Sirius asked. "Practice what you preach General, with faith all things are possible." Black replied. "So it's possible for us to lose." General Sirius said. "Enough talking! Whether we like it or not, the King has declared war over the Netherstrands." Commander Savage said to savage their idle talks. "Savage, I'm the General here." Sirius said removing his sword and moving closer. "Leave him alone Sirius." Black said removing his sword. "Hehe, you would love a little fight won't you?" Sirius asked as he tried to strike Black sword off him. Black reacted and in a few seconds they were swinging their swords left and right in defense. "Oh you wizard, I thought you would have conjured some spells by now." Sirius said sarcastically. "I can beat you without my wands." Black replied before flinging Sirius sword off him. It soar high into the air before making a loud noise as it fell to the ground. "Don't mess with me Sirius." Black said as he put the tip of his sword close to the neck of Sirius.
"It's a pleasure to have the Senates in my chamber, what do I owe to have this visit." King Caleb III said. "Your highness it's a pleasure indeed and we are grateful to you to have us sitted in your presence, we have come to discuss internal matters with you sire." The High Senate said, looking at his other members. "Carry on, I'm all ears." The King replied. "Well um, it's about the war we are going into, we the Senates think it should be settled in a more amicable way." The High Senate said. "The Netherstrands have put our people into slavery, they steal them at night when we've all gone to sleep. Our people have been enslaved and they need to be freed. What other way can we use to solve this issue rather than blood for blood, skull for skull and life for life?" The King asked. "I understand the nightwalkers have taken a lot of our people into slavery but this is a fifty-fifty situation. If their side of the fifty gets lucky, it's a lose-lose for us." The High Senate said looking at his other members. The King smirked. "I believe in General Sirius's army, they would not disappoint. " The King said in reply. The High Senate nodded his head. "Your father would not have done this Sire." "How dare you speak to me about my father!!!" The King said in anger. "Besides, he would have done the same." He said in a lower tone. "Sire, King Williams was a man known for peace, he would never have done this." Another senator said. "Shut up!!!" "You know not my father more than me." The King said angrily. He sighed. "My father lived in the peaceful era, then the Netherstrands couldn't breathe in our land, now they can since the emergence of Lord wildrick and his dark magic, none of our wizards could defeat him, not even Black." The King paused. "But Sirius, General Sirius an human did. He showed Lord wildrick that human craft was better than witchcraft and he would do just the same irrespective of who their new leader is." The King said boldly. "You place too much hope on him sire but I'm afraid he might let you down, it was luck the last time and I don't think luck happens twice." The High Senate said. "We shall take our leave your highness." The High Senate said. "And oh, good luck."
