Chapter 156 - Chapter 156: A World of Poison

The explosion from the violent wind was so powerful that the 19 mile deep hole that she was in turned into a 40 mile wide flat land, that was 19 miles below the earth.

Everything around her had been flung upwards and outwards violently. Sending frozen corpses, huts, debris and the corpse race members flying miles away into the distance, as pulverized shrapnel. In less than a millisecond, along with the 40 mile wide flat land, 20% of the city had also been destroyed by an amalgam of violent wind, frozen debris and dirt.

The blue robed man, whose body had at some point regenerated back into a complete hole, sensing the danger from the wind and debris coming towards him at extreme speed, quickly covered himself in multiple layers of his greenish blue gas, before flying away from the blast radius of the powerful wind.

Yet, his body was still pulverized and frozen by the violent and fast moving wind before he could get too far. Every layer of gas was quickly stripped away by the violent wind, until his body was forced to endure its violent offense.

Within a millisecond, his body quickly turned into a frozen sculpture before it was violently crushed by the rending wind's force, and scattered into the air.

After she sent her violent wind tearing through the city, Ralif who still stood weakly where she was at previously, no longer had her body covered in scales, nor had her eyes looking reptilian. While standing there, looking like her normal human self, she examined the damage done to her enemy with her eyes.

But just as she was about to breathe a sigh of relief after seeing that her opponent was destroyed by the wind, she heard an eerie laughter echo within her mind.

Afterwards the voice of the man in blue whose body was just scattered in the wind, entered her head telepathically. "It seems you have great physical strength and abilities? Too bad, I felt no will power from your strikes! I was afraid of nothing after all! It is almost impossible to kill me without will power!"

And with that eerie voice that spoke in perfect Svalian, she quickly noticed that her surroundings had changed. Replacing the 40 mile long flat land that she was previously standing within, was now a miasma of greenish blue gas as far as the eyes could see in all directions.

Within an instant she had entered a world made out of the same greenish blue gas that was emitted by the man earlier. And within this strange world, there appeared to be gravity pulling down at her but no land below for her to stand on. So after entering the world, she helplessly started to free fall downwards infinitely, while also inhaling the toxic greenish blue gas from her surroundings as she tried desperately to breathe in oxygen out of exhaustion and anxiety.
