Chapter 138 - Chapter 138: Mount Olympus! The City of All-Knowledge!

Mount Olympus.

Similar to Asgard.

The sacred Mount Olympus in the Marvel universe is also located in a pocket dimension.

It is connected to the Overworld.

But very far away.

It can only be reached by a special path or with exact coordinates.

Fortunately, with the coordinates given to him by the Ancient One, Aron directly brought the Bifrost to the City of All-Knowledge.

Known as the gathering place of the most powerful gods in the universe.

But in reality…

It was Zeus who gathered a group of younger siblings and boasted that he had founded a team.

The so-called most powerful gods in the universe.

Most of them were minor deities from unknown alien planets.

Like the god of stone, the god of woodcraft, the god of dreams… and similar ones.

Even the god of buns!

Yes, breakfast buns.

Of course, sometimes big names appeared here too.

Egyptian gods, Mayan gods… and others from various pantheons would occasionally attend the meetings.

"I wonder if I'll run into any well-known immortal lords on this trip."

Aron's voice was full of mockery.

Boom!

A pillar of light from the Bifrost crashed straight into the City of All-Knowledge, onto an empty meadow.

It left a mark of glowing lines in the shape of a complex pattern on the grass.

"Darling, I think you'll be disappointed."

"The gods are very withdrawn and rarely communicate with members of other pantheons."

Hela replied as she stepped out of the pillar of Bifrost light.

As the only survivor after the fall of Asgard, Loki had, of course, been brought along as well.

The child was full of questions.

"So… are you really my sister?"

"Then you would be the heir to the throne of Asgard, wouldn't you?"

The more Loki spoke, the more pointless it all felt to him.

For years he had used schemes and intrigues, fighting Thor for the throne.

And now suddenly, the elder princess of Asgard appeared.

Her right to the throne was greater than both Thor's and his.

Even more incredible…

Half of Asgard, its rivers and mountains, she had already conquered with her own hands.

So why fight any longer?

"Forget it, brother, that old land's throne doesn't interest me."

Hela was the mistress of Helheim.

Even if all the hellish worlds united, she would still be the first general under Aron.

"Enough talking. Something here isn't right."

Aron stepped out of the pillar of light.

Immediately he sensed that the atmosphere wasn't as it should be.

Too much silence.

The place they had teleported to looked like a garden within the City of All-Knowledge.

They were surrounded by colorful flowers.

And when they looked around, they could see that the city was actually made up of floating structures.

Golden palaces and temples everywhere, radiant and magnificent.

But the problem was obvious…

No one in sight.

"You're right, darling."

"The arrival of the Bifrost is a big deal. Guards should have appeared immediately."

"Maybe we arrived late at night." Hela's face grew serious.

In her left hand she drew the Necroswords, and in her right Mjolnir.

Ready for battle at any moment.

"Come on. If there's a place where we could find these arrogant gods, it must be the Golden Hall." Loki immediately offered to lead them.

"You've been here?" Aron asked casually.

"Of course."

"Thor and I got into trouble here when we were young." Loki lied shamelessly.

As the Norse god of mischief, he couldn't escape trouble.

The last time he had been here, he had teamed up with Hermes, the Greek god of trickery, to steal Apollo's cattle.

Apollo, god of light and the arts, wasn't often angry.

But then… he had been furious.

When Apollo came to reclaim what was his, Loki shifted the blame onto Thor.

That sparked a fierce battle between Apollo and Thor, who had no idea what was going on.

"Heh, heh…"

Recalling the past, Loki laughed coarsely and mockingly.

He was proud of his audacity.

Only to be interrupted immediately by a sound…

Slap!

Loki got smacked on the back of his head.

"What are you laughing at?"

Aron gave him a sharp look.

The situation in the City of All-Knowledge was unknown, and even the smallest mistake could lead to enemies appearing at any moment.

The atmosphere was tense.

And then Loki started laughing for no reason.

As if that wasn't frightening enough!

"I…" Loki had just wanted to speak.

Slap!

Another smack on the back of his head.

This time it was Hela's hand.

The blow was stronger and more merciless than Aron's, so strong it could've given Loki a concussion.

"If you don't know how to stay silent, then you really want to die?" Hela threateningly raised Mjolnir and the Necroswords.

"…"

Loki grew frightened and immediately fell silent.

He didn't dare say another word, obediently continuing to lead the way.

Soon.

They arrived at the center of the City of All-Knowledge.

And there, a terrible sight awaited them.

From afar they saw two enormous dead gods.

"What… Celestials?"

Aron's eyes widened.

Because the two colossal corpses looked like Celestials in armor, with scepters in their hands.

Almost identical to members of the Celestials group, like Arishem.

Shocking!

Zeus was truly shameless.

He had placed two single cosmic-level beings to guard his gates?

"Darling, those aren't Celestials."

"They are probably Titans, and Zeus had them wear armor modeled after Celestial design."

Hela's lips curled into a mocking smile.

She knew Zeus was known for his narcissism.

But she hadn't expected him to go so far, dressing two Titans in Celestial-like armor, just to embellish the scene.

"Still, not a bad trick."

"But killing two Titans is no small matter." Hela added, slightly raising her brows.

They continued walking toward the Golden Hall.

They stepped over the corpses of the Titans and finally arrived at its doors.

As soon as they stepped inside, the sight froze them in place.

The Golden Hall, once a magnificent place, was in ruins.

Huge pillars, decorated and painted, had collapsed to the ground.

The seats of the gods that once shone now were covered in corpses.

Everywhere in the hall lay the bodies of gods.

Small gods from different planets, helpless, slaughtered without resistance.

Like cattle before the butcher.

Their golden blood flowed down the cracked tiles, pooling into a lake that glittered at the bottom of the hall.

"The Golden Hall… that name now sounds far too ironic." Aron stepped onto the shore of the lake of golden blood, his face grim.

The time for jokes had passed.

This could only be Gorr.

Nine out of ten times, Gorr, the God Butcher, straight out of the comics.

Who else could possess such power?

These gods might not have been strong, and Aron could have killed them himself.

But this wasn't an ordinary fight.

This was a massacre.

A cold-blooded mass slaughter.

"Ahhh!"

Just as Aron tried to assess the situation in the ruined hall—

From outside came a loud roar.

Then a huge body crashed through the wall and flew inside.

"God Butcher! Surrender your life!!"
