Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Unremembered Year

Haripal, a village nestled in the heart of rural India, slumbered under the warm rays of the morning sun. The air was alive with the sweet scent of blooming flowers and the gentle hum of bees as they flitted from petal to petal.

In a small, humble home on the outskirts of the village, a young boy named Rudra Mallic lay sleeping. His dark hair was mussed, and his eyelids fluttered as he chased the remnants of a dream.

Rudra's parents, Devika and Anant Mallic, sat on the floor beside him, watching their son with a mixture of love and concern. Devika's eyes were red-rimmed from lack of sleep, while Anant's face was etched with worry.

"Anant, he's been having these dreams for weeks now," Devika whispered, her voice barely audible over the sound of Rudra's gentle breathing. "What do you think they mean?"

Anant's eyes clouded over, his mind racing with the implications. "I don't know, Devika. But I think it's connected to...you know."

Devika's gaze snapped to her husband's, a silent understanding passing between them. They both knew that Rudra's dreams were somehow linked to the mysterious Sudarshan Chakra, a powerful artifact that had been hidden away for centuries.

As they watched, Rudra's eyes flickered open, and he sat up with a start. His gaze was unfocused, his pupils dilated as if he were staring into another world.

"Rudra, beta, are you okay?" Devika asked, her voice soft and soothing.

Rudra blinked, his eyes slowly focusing on his parents. "M-Ma, Pa...what happened?"

Devika and Anant exchanged a worried glance. They knew that Rudra's dreams were getting stronger, more vivid. And they feared that soon, he would uncover the truth about his past, his destiny, and the powerful artifact that lay hidden within him.

"Nothing, beta," Devika said, forcing a smile onto her face. "You just had a bad dream. Let's get you some breakfast."

Rudra nodded, still looking dazed. As he swung his legs over the side of the bed, his parents noticed something strange – a small, intricate symbol etched into the palm of his hand.

Devika's eyes widened in alarm, and Anant's face turned pale. They knew that symbol, and they knew what it meant – Rudra's connection to the Sudarshan Chakra was growing stronger.

As they watched, the symbol began to glow, a soft, pulsing light that seemed to emanate from within Rudra's very being. Devika and Anant exchanged a fearful glance, knowing that their son's life was about to change forever.
