BANG...!

The gunshot was deafening, and directly swallowed all the noise.

His body, if it could be called one at this point flinched so hard it ended up collapsing to the ground in a heap. The force was so great it tore his nailed hands free with a sickening rip of skin and tendon. His limbs falling at awkward angles.

His eyes were wide open even in his last moment, a reflection of hope and regret that would be frozen there forever.

A dark red circle of blood quickly spread from underneath his body, seeping into the cracks between the tiles. The puddle grew, shiny and thick, a stark, dark stain on the clean, light floor.

A chilling silence ensued, as this scene sent different emotions through each person. Fright. Relief. Mixed feelings.

Sienna's gaze swept the crowd that had gathered. She patted Rosa's shoulder. "You did a good job. That's how you shoot a person that tried to assault you."

She didn't mind the silence she had caused
