Chapter 411 - Chapter 410

Chapter 410: Spade Pirates' Complete Defeat

The Spade Pirates' deck momentarily became an ocean of joy.

Far away at Mermaid Cafe, Brett couldn't help revealing a smile.

"What are you smiling about now?"

Shyarly had been watching him. This guy seemed somewhat neurotic today.

Even if anticipating someone's arrival made him happy, no need to be happy then unhappy repeatedly, right?

"Just thinking that guy is more interesting than imagined." Brett explained.

"That guy?"

Shyarly raised an eyebrow. "Which guy? Where?"

"Well—"

Brett blinked. "He'll arrive soon."

Though Shyarly was a supernatural prophetess, she wasn't proficient in Observation Haki.

The Spade Pirates' side.

The Fish-Men all laughed heartily. Then emerging from the cabin—not hearing what Ace just said—Deuce couldn't help rubbing his forehead. "Ace, didn't I tell you to stay quiet?"

Had this idiot captain done something stupid again?

"Sorry—" Feeling exhausted, Vice-Captain Deuce quickly apologized sincerely. "Fish-Man sir, this idiot captain always does stupid things. If he offended you, please forgive him."

"No no no, though quite funny—"

Hyouzou waved repeatedly. His face's smile didn't diminish. "But he didn't offend me, though quite funny."

Deuce sighed in relief. So just said something stupid.

Then he saw Hyouzou's smile instantly vanish. Originally constantly squinted eyes now opened. Pupils sharp as blades.

"He only offended our entire Fish-Man Island."

The Fish-Men on deck had already drawn weapons. Outside the deck, those three sea beasts also began baring fangs and claws.

"Uh—"

Deuce and the Spade Pirates members quickly drew weapons.

Ace, you idiot—what are you doing this time?!

"Want to challenge Brett-sama?" Hyouzou sneered. "Ha—"

Hadn't this developed into the worst situation?!

Deuce felt his heart and lungs stop at this moment.

Wasn't this directly declaring war on all Fish-Man Island?

Who didn't know Fish-Man Brett was this nation's true leader?! The figure truly representing Ryugu Kingdom!

Challenging him—wasn't that provoking all Fish-Man Island?!

Deuce gripped his weapon.

Ace, you fool!

"Still want to resist?"

Hyouzou chuckled. He shook his head. "Not a good idea."

"If you want to fight, I'll accompany you to the end!"

Flames already ignited on Ace's body. His fighting spirit soared. Even in such an environment, he felt absolutely no fear.

"Haha, looks like our supernova hasn't grasped the current situation."

Hyouzou twisted his head. "Demonstrate." He said.

The demonstration came quickly. Behind him, one of the three sea beasts suddenly lowered. Then the Fish-Man aboard pressed the launch button. A shell mounted on the sea beast shot forth.

A propeller drove the torpedo downward, then landed on the seafloor.

BOOM!!

The astonishing explosion illuminated this not-very-bright sea area.

The chaotic water flow from the explosion even made the Spade Pirates' ship coating continuously distort, seeming ready to shatter anytime. The large ship shook constantly.

"Ace!!"

"Captain!!"

Spade Pirates members began screaming.

Ace's expression also became extremely grave.

He finally realized the current trouble.

"Understand now? Then all of you behave."

Hyouzou waved. Fish-Men pounced like wolves and tigers toward the Spade Pirates.

Resist? Better not!

Sweat seeped from Ace's forehead.

Undoubtedly, his decision now determined everyone's fate!

Ultimately, Ace did nothing, allowing the Fish-Men to place shackles on him.

Because he could see—weapons on sea beasts and Fish-Men aimed at this ship.

If he chose resistance, probably the next instant this ship would shatter completely. They could only perish in the deep sea.

The moment shackles touched him, Ace collapsed on the ground. He realized—this was seastone.

"Wise decision. Choosing resistance would have truly finished you earlier."

Fortunately, Hyouzou had no intention of killing them. He even smiled again. "Should I say you're ignorant, or truly fearlessly brave?"

"Actually wanting to challenge Brett-sama. Remarkable. Truly remarkable. Even if you're a fool, you're a remarkable fool."

"Hahahaha—"

Hyouzou chuckled. He swung the sword shouldered, tapping his shoulder rhythmically. "Though I wanted to finish you here, honestly I don't know what crime challenging Brett-sama should count as."

Spade Pirates members' nervous breathing nearly stopped.

Felt like this moment completely decided their life and death. One misstep—they'd all finish here.

"Well, quite troublesome. Looks like I should suggest to the higher-ups—regulations should perhaps change. When encountering ignorant guys like you in the future, execute them directly."

Hyouzou pretended distress. "However, this time—"

He glanced at Ace.

Deuce couldn't help swallowing.

"I think—better leave it to Brett-sama to decide. Perhaps he'll have some interest?" Hyouzou said. He grinned, pulling out a Den Den Mushi.

"..."

Ace and his companions held their breath.

The critical life-and-death moment arrived.

Hyouzou's call went out.

Mermaid Cafe.

Brett pulled out his Den Den Mushi.

Shyarly tilted her head.

Then, about five seconds later, the Den Den Mushi rang.

Can you prophesy too?

Brett answered the call under Shyarly's somewhat surprised gaze. "It's me. I already know the situation. Bring them to headquarters."

The Spade Pirates' side.

Hyouzou unhurriedly put away the Den Den Mushi. "Looks like you're quite lucky. Brett-sama has some interest in you."

However, how did you know what happened here, Brett-sama?

"Whew—"

Deuce exhaled deeply.

At least now looked like they wouldn't directly die in this deep sea.

At least could live a bit longer.

"Don't worry—"

He heard the idiot captain's deliberately lowered voice. "Everyone will definitely be safe!"

Deuce rolled his eyes. Which idiot put us in this situation?

Really—what should we do now?

Regardless, Hyouzou brought Ace's group to Fish-Man Island.

This was Ace's first time coming to Fish-Man Island.
