Chapter 3 - Chapter Three: New Missions

Chapter Three: New Missions

At the Hokage's headquarters

I have to get all these papers stamped.

The Fourth Hokage grabbed the paper seal and began to seal a wide array of papers, which he quickly examined with his dynamic vision.

It wasn't as bad as I expected.

It's been three years since the Nine-Tails incident.

Minato immediately remembered the battle that had taken place three years earlier. Back then, he had barely managed to save the day by sealing the Nine-Tails with his sons.

With great difficulty, he succeeded in saving Kushina from death during the extraction of the tailed beast. Everything was much better than the previous three years.

Meanwhile, I started writing several letters regarding the security of different villages.

The situation throughout the village has improved. The war has eased significantly since he took over the leadership of the village. Even after it reached its lowest point in history following the Tails incident, Minato still says that the village is seeing significant improvement overall.

Time passed quickly and he didn't feel it

looking at the sunset

What is Kushina doing with the boys? Minato smiled.

Minato imagined his two little daughters, Harumi and Kazuto, appearing at home. He felt a smile form on his face.

----

The next morning, as usual, Suzuki began continuous training to master the transformation skill.

(Ninjutsu Transformation, Mastery Rate 30%)

That's why it's so difficult.

Suzuki thought about why. He remembered that the transformation skill wasn't difficult. Even Naruto in the anime had mastered it to the point where he could transform into many attractive girls. The level was amazing.

Even with the difficulty of controlling the chakras

what's wrong with me

He took a deep breath and began to think to himself. It had been three days since training.

He easily realized that his body was capable of continuous physical training.

But he found that his Illusion skill, or more clearly Transformation, was extremely difficult.

He knew the way through the memories he obtained from the system's reward for training.

But he found it difficult to use this technique correctly.

Remember the moments when you failed using this technique.

At first, he wanted to transform into an old man like last time, but he failed. He couldn't transform.

It was very confusing and annoying too.

He took the notebook next to him and started writing.

This technique cannot be used for several reasons:

Suzuki jotted down the things he thought the system hadn't told him in a long time since he'd finished his missions this week. He thought he'd get a new mission to practice on, but he got nothing.

So he chose to write down the things he had questions about so he wouldn't forget them and also so he could think about solving them.

Hold this notebook he bought.

He began to write in detail and master the technique as well.

He really wanted to master the Transformation Skill greatly first because it was supernatural, something he couldn't dream of implementing in his real life.

Secondly, because it was the first skill he had acquired from the system, and he didn't want to stop using it after he had acquired it through a week of serious training.

He still practices the exercises given to him by the system continuously even during these three days and then practices the transformation technique.

/At first, the reason I can't use this technique might be because I still don't have enough chakra for it./

At first glance, this might seem like an excuse Suzuki might find for his inability to transform, but he quickly dispelled that possibility.

This doesn't have to be the case.

Even civilians had the ability to use this technique even if they didn't train in ninja arts, so for me, someone who trained hard and even used seals and had memories of practicing this technique

This would be true if I couldn't use this technique and couldn't come up with an excuse when I had enough chakra.

The second reason I was able to come up with this technique is that I don't have the talent for this technique.

This time, Suzuki thought it was true. He started thinking about the status screen, and it appeared right in front of him.

(Name: Kazuki Suzuki)

(The case is an orphan, they created it)

(Age: nine years)

(Talent 3 three stars)

After seeing his own talent he understood how it worked.

These stars can represent ninja abilities as in the Naruto games.

Suzuki immediately thought of the Naruto game on his phone and remembered that each ninja had a number of stars according to his strength as well as his talent.

I have three stars

In the game this means I can reach the rank of fetus.

Suzuki put his hand to his head after putting down the pen.

How can I get stronger if my talent is this bad?

(ding ding)

What's happening? Is the system back?

(Weekly tasks have been renewed)

What is renewable?

Point to the status bar and start by selecting the Tasks icon. New tasks will appear immediately.

(dual training tasks)

(20 km run)

(Squats, push-ups and sit-ups 100 times for a week)

(Reward/Replacement Technique)

Finally, new missions appeared, and Suzuki's idea was amazed.

He opened his eyes and read the letter. He put his hand to his chin and began to think.

This means I will get a new assignment.

Why is this taking so long? Is there something special?

He said he checked the system screen and found nothing special. The system asked in a clear voice:

Why didn't you give me these assignments a week ago? It's been three days since last week's assignments.

The system apologizes for administrative reasons. The system has been down for three days. The system would like to inform you that it will not contact you again for reasons related to the same issue. Leave it to your own devices. This is the last time the system will contact you.

What

Suzuki shouted loudly at the system.

But the system did not respond to Suzuki's shouts when he moved his hand on the system screen.

Does this mean the regime is gone?

But he soon denied it.

No, it's still there. The screen is still there.

What does it mean just because I connect to the system again, it will be very much like a gaming system?

What should I do? I was thinking of using the system to chat with him most of the time or ask him some questions about things I care about, but now he's gone.

Suzuki stamped his foot angrily.

He felt like there was a bad taste in his mouth.

He gritted his teeth as he looked at the system screen.

Take a pen and start writing.

It's okay, I have to keep using this technique. The counter seems to indicate that I'm constantly mastering it through experience. Even after three days, it hasn't gone to waste. I've improved from 1% to 30%. This means there's a chance I'll master the technique, even if my talent is weak.

Suzuki waited and started running without stopping. He had one thought in his head.

No, with the regime gone, I need to increase my training. There are still tasks to be done. That means things haven't gotten worse, so I need to keep training.

----

I wanted to get some serious stuff here.

I think the talking system can be a bit silly especially in the ninja world so I updated it.

Additionally, the Hokage's appearance was to demonstrate the differences between the anime and the story. There are differences, and I hope you like them.
