Fuji: "Phew, you really saved us, Hachiman Trainer-san! Our trainer's as reliable as ever♪"
Air Groove: "Yeah, you came through this time."
Hachiman: "You guys showing up out of nowhere threw me off… Not that I'd say no, given the reason."
Sudden intro, but hi! Fuji Kiseki here♪ After today's classes and Hachiman Trainer-san's training, I got back to the dorm and cooked dinner for the pony-chans. But then, disaster struck! The dorm's bath stopped producing hot water—an emergency! Even I was floored…
I reported it to the President right away, and repairs are scheduled, but not for today. So, we asked Hishi Ama to borrow Miho Dorm's bath, and the academy approved using the pool facility's showers. Everyone's sorting out their own bathing plans. As for us, we went to Hachiman Trainer-san's place to borrow his bath!
Hachiman: "Talk about bad luck. No hot water's a big deal for girls."
Air Groove: "Can't exactly skip bathing for a day. Nothing to be done."
Fuji: "I was shocked too! I turned on the tap expecting hot water, but no steam—just cold! No way we're taking cold baths this season."
Hachiman: "That'd have every Uma Musume in Ritto Dorm out sick tomorrow. Don't even think about it, even in summer."
Fuji: "No way I'd do that! Cold baths? Not my thing."
We chatted a bit after that. Come to think of it, the three of us rarely hang out like this. We have team meetings, sure, but private chats feel fresh.
Air Groove: "Tch, it's already this late… Time flies. Fuji, let's head back to the dorm."
Fuji: "I'd love to, but I've got something to talk about with Hachiman Trainer-san. Mind heading back first?"
Air Groove: "…! Y-You don't mean…"

Yup, I took advantage of the chaos (though I'd already submitted the form) to plan a stay at Hachiman Trainer-san's place! Didn't expect Air Groove to catch on. Oh, but the bath issue was genuinely unexpected!
Air Groove: "Y-You! What are you scheming…!"
Fuji: "You say that, but I know you stayed at Hachiman Trainer-san's place the night before the Arima Kinen. Fine told me."
Air Groove: "Grr, damn you, Fine…!"
Hachiman: "Uh, is 'not staying' an option?"
Fuji: "Trainer-san, I'm not into camping out this season."
Hachiman: "…Fine, alright."
Air Groove: "Hachiman, you better not try anything. I'll be here first thing tomorrow morning, and I expect a full report."
Hachiman: "I'm not touching a student. That'd just get me kicked out."
Fuji: "Relax, I wouldn't do anything mean to Hachiman Trainer-san. Though, if something did happen, I might give you an order or two."
Air Groove: "! Hachiman, I'm trusting you!!"

She left for the dorm with a reluctant look. First time in Hachiman Trainer-san's house—it's so tidy! Clean and cozy, nice vibe.
Hachiman: "So? You just here to crash?"
Fuji: "Yup, that's it!"
Hachiman: "I swear, what's with you Uma Musume and your spontaneous moves?"
Fuji: "Hmm… Like chasing something you love?"
Hachiman: "Fair point…"
Fuji: "But mine's just curiosity, so don't worry. I'm not plotting anything."
Hachiman: "…That makes me more worried."
Oh, come on, Hachiman Trainer-san! Do I look like an Uma Musume who'd do something awful?
Hours Later
Fuji: "Thanks for showing me to the bedroom."
Hachiman: "Yeah, good night."
Fuji: "Night♪ …Alright, time to sleep."
Hachiman Trainer-san, sensing I was tired, showed me to the guest room. I got ready, brushed my hair, and slipped into bed. It smells new, but… kinda like Hachiman Trainer-san too… No, no, what am I thinking!? So not like me…
Fuji: "…Morning? The pillow's… dark?"
Hachiman: "It's not a pillow, so let go. I woke up trapped with you clinging to me."
I heard Hachiman Trainer-san's voice by my ear and cautiously looked up—his face was right there!! Wait, clinging?
Fuji: "!!? /////" jump!
Hachiman: "Whoa, hey! Why are you—'S-Sorry. Can I… stay like this a bit? It's… embarrassing…/////' …Just a little."
W-Why am I with Trainer-san!? Did I… get up for water last night and stumble into the wrong room!?
Ten Minutes Later
Hachiman: "…Still not done?"
Fuji: "…Not yet? ///"
Hachiman: "We've got time, but you okay? It's 7 AM."
Fuji: "…I'll get up. ///"
Hachiman: "Phew, finally. Get ready quick. I'll wait, but time won't."
Hachiman Trainer-san left the room. Probably giving me space to calm down.
Fuji: "~~~!!" flail!

Air Groove: "Alright, spill."
Hachiman: "Nothing happened. What was I supposed to do?"
Air Groove: "Nothing is the right answer."
Hachiman: "Exactly. I swear."
Air Groove: "…What about Fuji?"
Fuji: "N-Nothing! Just slept and woke up, that's all."
Air Groove: "I figured you'd sneak into Hachiman's room, but even you wouldn't do that in someone's house."
Fuji: "No, Air Groove, it's not like that!! I sleepwalked into his room by mistake!!"
Air Groove: "What!?"
Fuji: "I didn't mean to!! I woke up with my face buried in… W-Wait, no! That was a joke!! ///"
Air Groove: "That face doesn't sell a joke, you fool!!!"
Hachiman: "…Stuck hearing yelling first thing in the morning."
Raw Meat: "But, like, isn't it a win? Sleeping with a beauty?"
Hachiman: "Can't deny that."
Air Groove: "Hachiman, I heard that!! Quit grinning!! You and Fuji, stand there!! You too!!"
Raw Meat: "Me too!?"
Air Groove: "Hurry up!!"
Raw Meat: "Y-Yes!! Oh, next time, the Fuji Kiseki arc starts!!"
Air Groove: "Stop dawdling!!"
