"It's... it's a Celestial Dragon! Looks like he's ordering his men to capture the Mermaid Princess from Fishman Island!!!"
The Marines were at a loss.
Especially Borsalino — the laid-back slacker's face turned increasingly complicated, mixed with hesitation.
But he didn't order his subordinates to act recklessly. Instead, he decided to check the situation first. When he got close enough, he finally saw what was happening.

The dim-witted voice came from a Celestial Dragon wearing a white space-suit-like outfit, his face full of twisted joy.
A Celestial Dragon... That was far beyond the Marines' authority to handle.
"Clear the crowd. This kind of matter should be handled by people who can actually handle it."
Borsalino's expression was one of practiced indifference, his perverted grin curling as he casually directed the Marines to drive the nobles away.

With him standing in the way, Doll couldn't do anything but watch helplessly as the giant mermaid girl was chained up by the Celestial Dragon's men.

And when he did, his pupils nearly dilated out of his skull. In panic, he used Soru to dash forward.
He knew that figure all too well.

The CP0's bloodshot eyes bulged as he screamed at the guard.
His outburst immediately drew everyone's attention.
And then — with a loud crash, the figure landed.
It was an elderly man — pale-faced but brimming with vigor.
He looked ordinary, but countless onlookers' pupils constricted in disbelief.
"Th-that's...!"
Fingers pointed, voices stammered.
"King Dotor Keek!!!"
"A pirate from the Rocks Era!!!"
"Grandfather of Black Gun!!!"
"A man once regarded as a king in his own right!!!"
Though his fame now rode partly on his grandson's reputation, the old Keek was still a name to be reckoned with among many factions.
Some even said that while you might live after offending the Black Emperor, crossing that old man was a death sentence.
Gasps filled the air. No one dared make a move. The commotion immediately caught the attention of the Celestial Dragon, Saint Rosward.
He turned to glare at the old man stealing his spotlight, his face twisting with annoyance.
"Who the hell is that old geezer?! Daring to steal my thunder! CP0!!! Kill him!!!"
Rosward stompedv in fury, but none of the CP agents moved — their faces pale as they recognized who it was.
Keek, on the other hand, raised his fist and looked at Rosward, Armament Haki coiling around it.
"Don't talk big, brat..."
"Back in God Valley, I killed more Celestial Dragons like you than I can count!!!"
