Even if the path forward is harsh, having everyone by my side will make it possible to get through it. There's no telling what will happen along the journey but I know we will succeed.
"Did you figure out anything at the Selvaris's manor?" Ghost asks while trying to keep her voice down, the curiosity evident in her voice.
"There will be a meeting about the recent rumors of war, hopefully it will squash it altogether." I respond with a bit of hope in my voice.
The constant reminder that it needs to be avoided is getting a bit annoying so I'd like to be done with it already. There's also a lot of other issues to worry about instead of this damn war possibility.
"I didn't think it would go that well over there. I'm glad that we just had to send you over to talk with them. You have a way with talking it seems." Ghost compliments me with a bit of relief in her voice.
