The room became silent immediately. I crossed my arms, leaning slightly forward.
My heart pounded excitedly as I watched their evil plan unravel before them.
I wasn't the clueless one begging for someone to see the truth behind their setup. I wasn't the one they were trying to bully by framing me.
I was the one spectating as they ruined themselves, just as they had ruined others in the past.
I was anticipating the outcome of this rendezvous, and they didn't fail to disappoint.
Now they would reap exactly where they have sown.
Sir Kaelric paced slowly in front of Loome, each step measured.
"You planned to disqualify Luna Wilberforce during initiation by triggering a false breach.
You instructed the council aide to plant Sorin's scent near the sigil, knowing well he was a Dravari to make it more believable."
Sorin scoffed. "Crude work, by the way."
