After a whole day of talking with Leslie and Ivory, Hani seemed to have made her decision.
I will tell Emma that I like her today! If I don't tell her now after realising my feelings, I don't think I will have the courage to say it to her another time!
Finally making it to the Wang residence, Hani asked around to see if Emma was back. Around nighttime, Hani was in the room they shared, where Sophie, Emma's close personal maid, was setting up the new sheets for the bed.
"Sorry, Miss Hani, it seems like she will be home late today. She informed me that she has been caught up in a lot of work." Sophie replied hesitantly.
I don't know why Emma told me to lie to her, but Hani seems to be sad hearing this. Did they have a fight or something?
Sophie gave a pitiful look towards Hani, who sat down on the sofa, hugging a large pillow, deciding to stay awake and wait for Emma to get home.
