The crowd gathered around. They had now received new information that one of the two girls was Emma Wang. Everyone wanted to know the juicy gossip.
"What does my being a Wang have to do with any of this? I am not a puppet for the world where they dictate what sort of life I am supposed to live. Just because my ideals differ from yours does not mean they are wrong." Emma spat back.
Emma's face was full of disgust towards Jill. Her hands fisted up into a ball, shaking with anger. Hani was unsure of her position in this fight. She wanted to get involved, but felt like she had no place to stand at all.
"Emma, you are the sole heir of the Wang family. How can you be so selfish?" Jill fought back, determined that her argument held value.
"And what?" Emma stood firm. Her stance did not waver.
The crowd was now recording and gossiping about the scene unfolding before them.
"That's Emma Wang, and apparently that girl sitting down next to her is her girlfriend."
