"Alright," Hermes muttered, dragging himself upright. His chest still ached from earlier, but his arms had stopped trembling. "Time to move."
Magni was practically bouncing on his heels, his fire-lit eyes now gleaming with that extra solar glow. He grinned like a kid who'd just found his favorite toy. "These beams…. these are incredible. Did you see the way the shadows scattered? I've never felt anything like it."
He rubbed his temples, then mimed blasting lasers from his eyes, complete with sound effects. "Pshhh! Pshhh!"
Ymir leaned against the wall, unimpressed. "You look ridiculous."
