After reaching the Six Paths level, Link no longer needed hand seals for any ninjutsu.
The Rasengan, which required the ultimate control of chakra, and its evolution, the Rasenshuriken, which incorporated nature transformation, were incredibly easy for Link.
After condensing the chakra to create the Giant Rasengan, a deep blue light surged from within the blue energy sphere.
Then, Link threw the energy sphere downwards and whispered, "Sage Art: Spiral Tornado!"
