...
Witnessing Divine—Tree World Advent instantaneously subdue the Holy Land Mary Geoise—the mountain-thick branches refreshed the world's understanding of Devil Fruits.
No—could a true Devil Fruit ability even do that?!
The more clear-headed powerhouses all had the same thought.
Link's power didn't even look like a Fruit ability.
But besides Devil Fruits, what else could explain such a supernatural phenomenon?
In that moment, the clever felt their own smallness.
Swoosh, swoosh…
Quickly, everyone atop Mary Geoise became white cocoons, hanging beneath the roots.
But soon, several lights like magic circles told the world that Link's single move hadn't finished off everyone on the Holy Land; some had evaded the Tree's bindings.
When the light faded, five colossal phantasmal beasts leapt into view.
"Villain steeped in sin—do you know at whom you raise your hand?"
"Had we known such a root of calamity, we should never have let it grow."
"What the D. clan could not do has been done by this one—seems it is time to baptize the world anew."
...
The five beasts had barely appeared when they roared in fury.
Few could tell that the five beasts were in fact the Five Elders, the world's highest authorities.
Link showed no interest, only praised from on high: "Used teleportation to evade the bind? As expected of the Five Elders who have lived eight hundred years alongside Imu."
"What? You know Lord Imu?"
"Is he hiding that middle name—actually a descendant of the D. clan?"
"In that case, he must not be allowed to live."
...
With the enemy at the doorstep and only their five top fighters left, the Five Elders no longer cared that it was all being broadcast to the world—they launched their attack at Link.
But Link was a step faster, and this became the last exchange of glances between him and the world.
He raised his right hand, palm up, and of the nine black spheres behind him, five drifted as if magnetized into his palm.
Then Link whispered: "Amenotejikara!"
In an instant the five black spheres vanished.
When they reappeared, they were beside the five beasts.
Link pointed downward and smiled: "Detonate."
Swish—
Blinding white light burst from the black spheres.
The next second, like flashbangs, the five spheres blossomed with a vast white glare, instantly engulfing the five beasts.
Boom, boom, boom…
Only after the white swallowed the beasts did the explosions reach the ear.
Through the visual transponder snails it was five astonishingly large blasts.
But when the light and thunder died and five vast holes were revealed, the knowledgeable all narrowed their eyes.
"…A rules-type ability!"
Those pits looked like ordinary craters, but in truth everything within had been erased. Veterans who'd faced rules-type abilities blurted it out.
No one knew their reaction, and no one cared.
The eyes of the world stayed fixed on the live broadcast.
Link glanced toward a place within Mary Geoise and said mildly: "Your five 'sons' are dead. Will you keep hiding?"
Yes—the Five Elders were dead.
Their so-called immortality in the tale meant nothing before the Truth-Seeking Orbs.
They had merely bodies that did not die; within those beast forms, souls remained.
The Truth-Seeking Orbs erase even souls.
In the final battle, Namikaze Minato's arms were blown off by them; when Edo Tensei released and his soul returned to the Pure Land, his arms were still gone.
That is why the Truth-Seeking Orbs stand with Sage Art: Wood Release—True Several Thousand Hands as SSS-rank—because they are absolute.
Without Sage arts or Six Paths power, if struck by them, both body and soul are obliterated.
If the body turns to dust in their blast, the dead cannot enter the Pure Land; soul and flesh vanish from the world.
Unless the opponent's body is also Six Paths tier, even an undying body becomes ash if struck.
Clearly, the Five Elders were not Six Paths-level.
Their undying bodies suffered a dimensionality reduction blow from the Orbs.
As Link's words fell, a figure appeared out of thin air before him, entering the world's gaze.
It was a woman, wearing a royal robe of some kingdom, long hair coiled into a high ponytail, a crown set with gems and ancient script.
More wondrous: like Link she stood in the air. As if like the Snake Princess, a Paramecia Fuwa Fuwa no Mi user.
Only Link knew she was not a Fuwa Fuwa user and had no privilege to break the world's limit on flight.
But in strength she could indeed be called foremost of the age.
Without her using it, Link's Six-Tomoe Rinnegan saw through her power at a glance.
"Flattening space into a plane—no wonder, when I looked back through history, I never found a power paired to time. It was on you."
Staring straight at Imu, Link said evenly: "Paramecia—Space-Space Fruit user."
Imu seemed unsurprised that Link named it in a word.
Her next words left the bewildered world stunned anew.
Imu looked at Link and asked: "Outsider—what did you come to this world for?"
Link was not surprised.
He knew that, unable to place a traveler's power within this world's system, she suspected an offworlder.
With the mood set, Link's mouth curled slightly as he said, insincerely: "To bring this world peace!"
