Atlas pressed the button out of habit, ending the line purely out of instinct. But when he did, his brows rose as he looked around at the people surrounding him.

"What?" he asked, studying all the pairs of eyes fixed on him. "Was my guess wrong?"

And somehow, that second question alone made everyone shake their heads in disbelief.

All that exchange with Jarvis was cool and tense, but the parting remark Atlas casually slipped in felt a little too out of place. They didn't think he should be answering Lola's sarcasm at that point.

"Master." Baby stepped forward to his side, his voice sounding more like a reminder than a reprimand.

Atlas glanced at him and nodded in understanding. Then he turned to everyone gathered around the vast greenery of the estate.
