Following Yuri's plan, they rerouted their flight and infiltrated the Church using her knowledge of its inner workings.
It impressed Vito greatly. He had never figured out how to infiltrate the Church where Farah—his enemy—was hiding.
So, by the time Atlas arrived in Anteca, their group had already begun blending in. They were there even before Lola and the others were brought in. They had also overheard conversations among the holy knights and learned about the attack on the Order, and that Lola was being transported here.
Blending in wasn't difficult.
