1514, East Blue – An Unnamed Island
The salty sea breeze swept across the island, rustling the leaves of the dense jungle. In a clearing at the island's center, two young but powerful figures faced off fiercely.
Ace flicked his wrist, the flames in his palm shifting from deep red to a dazzling azure. "Don't hold back, Luffy!"
"You got it!" Luffy's eyes gleamed with excitement. He leaned forward, and in an instant, a vast swathe of pink dragon scales covered his body. His pupils became vertical slits, and the silver horns on his forehead shone in the sun.
"Fire Fist!!" Ace roared, charging forward. The blue flames burned intensely, distorting the air and heating the ground as he threw a punch carrying a wave of destructive heat.
"Dragon Claw: Steel!" Luffy crossed his arms. Armament Haki merged with his dragon scales, the pink armor glowing with a tough light as he met the Fire Fist without fear.
BOOM!!!
The impact was explosive. A terrifying heatwave blasted a deep crater in the surrounding earth, melting the surface into a smooth, glass-like substance. Debris flew like shrapnel.
Luffy shook his arms and jumped back, a grin on his face. "Ace, your flames are even stronger than before!"
Ace's lips curved upwards, a small flame dancing on his fingertip. "Of course! What do you think I've been doing these past few months?" Flames erupted from his feet, propelling him forward in an instant. "Flame Shave!"
His high-speed movement turned him into an azure streak. In the next moment, he appeared above Luffy, his right hand like a blade, Armament Haki and fire weaving into a sharp slash. "Flame Cut!" The fiery blade cut through the air, aiming for Luffy's shoulder.
Swoosh! Luffy stomped the ground, instantly transforming into his full dragon form and taking to the sky, narrowly avoiding the attack in a gust of wind. "Whoa, Ace, I can't believe you learned a move like that!"
"Heh, Luffy!" Ace laughed, looking up, his body crouching slightly. "Don't think you're safe just because you can fly!" With that, a violent pillar of blue fire erupted from his feet, launching him into the sky like a cannonball. "Flame Commandment: Azure Flame Storm!"
In mid-air, Ace crossed his hands, and countless fine, searing blue flame threads wove together, instantly forming a massive fiery net that descended upon Luffy.
Luffy's gaze sharpened. He took a deep breath, his dragon chest expanding dramatically. "Wind Dragon's Roar!" A violent blast of pink dragon breath shot out, a torrent of sharp wind blades mixed with searing heat that tore a huge hole in Ace's flame net.
"I did it!" Luffy thought triumphantly, but he hadn't noticed Ace's next move under the cover of the explosion.
Ace dove rapidly from the sky, a highly compressed core of azure flame gathering in his palm. The air vibrated violently from the extreme heat, distorting as if it might explode at any moment. "Flame Commandment: Azure Emperor!"
The blue fireball, several meters in diameter, radiated a dazzling light, so bright that it even caused the distant sea to boil and evaporate. Luffy instantly sensed the terrifying threat, but his excited grin only grew wider. "Let's settle this with this one!"
His dragon form rapidly compressed back into his hybrid form, his scales hardening once more. He pushed his arms forward, and the air around him swirled violently, forming a dense whirlwind. "Fist Bone: Tempest!"
The searing fireball and the raging tempest collided head-on.
RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE!!!
A violent explosion swept across the center of the island. The powerful shockwave uprooted trees for kilometers around and cracked the earth with countless deep fissures. The entire island trembled violently.
As the dust slowly settled, the two of them were lying on the blackened ground, panting heavily.
Ace looked up at the sky and couldn't help but laugh. "Ha! I can't believe a brat like you mastered the power of a Mythical Zoan so quickly!"
Luffy lay beside him, exhausted but satisfied. "Hehe! Grandpa's special training wasn't for nothing. I'll definitely win next time!"
Ace glared at him defiantly. "Bullshit! I'll be the one to kick your ass next time!"
The two brothers stared at each other for a moment, then both burst out laughing, their laughter echoing across the devastated island.
On a nearby hill, Garp sat cross-legged, munching on a bag of rice crackers. "Not bad. Both of those brats have improved," he grinned, his eyes full of satisfaction.
Roy chuckled beside him. "Ace has perfectly integrated the Six Powers with his Flame-Flame Fruit, and Luffy's use of the Azure Dragon Fruit and his Fist Bone style is getting more and more proficient."
Garp snorted proudly. "Of course! They're my grandsons. How could they be anything but great?"
Roy tilted his head, teasing, "Last time, weren't you calling them 'useless, idiot grandsons'?"
Garp's old face flushed, and he punched Roy on the head in embarrassment. "Don't you get smart with me!"
"Ow, ow, ow!" Roy clutched his head and said with a wry smile, "Grandpa, your fists haven't lost any of their power..."
Garp stood up proudly and dusted off his pants. "Alright, let's go. Time to head back."
Roy watched the two brothers still roughhousing in the distance, his expression suddenly growing serious. "Grandpa," he asked softly, "do you think they'll be able to surpass us someday?"
Garp paused for a moment, then threw his head back and laughed. "Isn't that obvious?!" He turned and walked towards the warship docked at the port, his back looking especially tall and steady in the setting sun. "They're my grandsons, after all!"
Roy smiled at Garp's back and quickly followed. "Grandpa, I'm thinking of taking these kids out for some real-world experience soon."
Garp stopped, frowning slightly. "Where are you planning to take them? The New World? The weak places there are pointless, and the strong ones are still too much for them right now."
Roy smiled, his gaze deep. "Don't worry. There's a place that's perfect for them to hone their skills right now..."
Meanwhile, Holy Land, Mary Geoise – Council Chamber
In the magnificent hall, kings from the World Government's member nations were gathered, the atmosphere tense and oppressive. A World Government official sat at the head, his stern gaze sweeping over the crowd. He slowly tapped his staff on the floor, the heavy sound echoing through the chamber.
"Gentlemen, the main topic of today's meeting—the threat of the Revolutionary Army."
In the center of the hall, a giant hologram expanded to show a world map, with numerous countries marked by flashing red cursors.
"Over the past decade, the Revolutionary Army has successfully overthrown governments in several non-member nations and has begun to rapidly infiltrate member nations. They use slogans like 'abolish slavery' and 'fight corruption' to quickly gain massive support among the common people." The official paused, his voice growing colder. "Their true goal is singular: to overthrow the World Government."
"But they haven't started any wars!" King Cobra of Alabasta spoke up, his face grave but firm. "The Revolutionary Army has indeed helped some countries improve their people's lives and abolish slavery. They haven't used violence to overthrow any member nation's government. Shouldn't these actions be recognized?"
"Foolish!" the official interrupted sharply. "The truly terrifying thing about the Revolutionary Army is precisely this so-called 'non-violent revolution'! Once the people of every nation begin to follow their example, it will completely shake the foundations of the World Nobles' system!"
The kings exchanged looks and whispered among themselves. King Riku of Dressrosa frowned and sighed. "But if we use our armies to suppress our own people, it will only incite more rebellion."
The official responded harshly, "The Revolutionary Army wants to put you in a dilemma: suppress the people and lose their support, or do nothing and watch your country be eaten away!"
Another king hesitantly raised his hand. "It's true. After the Revolutionary Army exposed corruption in my kingdom, public opinion became unstable. Even some nobles have started to support them!"
"Revolutionary ideology is spreading like a virus and must be cut off immediately!" the official declared. "From this day forward, all nations must prohibit the spread of revolutionary thought and classify the Revolutionary Army as a terrorist organization!" He raised his hand, and a new order was quickly disseminated. "CP agents will intensify their efforts to hunt down Revolutionary officers. This threat must be nipped in the bud!"
The kings in the hall had complex expressions. Many murmured among themselves, but no one openly objected.
At this time, in another room at the pinnacle of power, the Five Elders watched the scene with detached indifference.
"The Revolutionary Army has not yet touched our core interests. There's no need to pay them too much attention for now," Saint Nusjuro said coolly.
Saint Warcury calmly added, "They are troublesome, but they do not yet pose a real threat to the rule of the Celestial Dragons."
Saint Peter sneered. "As long as the Revolutionary Army doesn't harm our foundation, even Dragon is just a more intelligent rebel."
Saint Saturn looked thoughtfully towards the horizon and muttered, "Still, we should maintain a certain level of vigilance..."
The five men at the summit of power had made their dismissive and arrogant judgment, completely unaware that a real storm was quietly approaching.
