East Blue, Dawn Island: Fusha Village.
The village was bustling with activity and people were going about their normal lives until Makino ran into the village carrying a blond-haired child wearing a strange orange outfit.
"Mayor Whoop-Slap there is a child who needs help!!".
Makino screamed loudly, panting with exhaustion.
The villagers looked at Makino curiously and a crowd gathered around her.
"Step back and make way!!."
A skinny man with glasses said.
The Mayor looked at Makino with the child in her arms and then Makino said "what happened, who is this child??".
"I don't know who this child is, but he is badly injured and needs medical care". Makino answered weakly while looking at the injured Naruto with concern.
The Mayor turned around and said loudly "someone get a stretcher!! and inform the doctor!!".
Several people came and put Naruto on the stretcher and took him to the doctor.
After several examinations and medications, Naruto's condition stabilized.
The doctor closed his bag then looked at Naruto with concern.
"What's wrong doctor? Will the boy be okay?"
The doctor turned to Makino who asked worriedly and said "He has several bruises and cuts all over his body and a large hole in his chest on the right side. With injuries like that, it's a miracle he's alive."
The mayor stepped forward as the doctor finished examining him.
"Can you treat him, Doctor Fekri?"
"Yes, Doctor Fekri, please help the poor boy and we will cover the treatment costs." Makino said worriedly as well.
Doctor Fekri's face darkened. "You don't understand. Most of his injuries have already healed on their own. He doesn't even need medical attention. At this rate, he'll be fully recovered in three days."
"What?"
The mayor and Makino said in shock at the same time.
Three days later.
At Makino's house.
Makino stood in front of a bed in her room. Naruto was soundly asleep on the bed and all his injuries were completely healed.
Makino sighed then left the room and went to a bar that was located in the other half of a building.
Makino opened the door and entered her bar, then closed it and put on her apron. Makino hummed happily with a smile on her face and opened the doors of her bar, then prepared food for ten people and placed it on the table.
Then she looked at the door with a smile on her face.
3..2...1 Makino whispered to herself and when she finished counting, a young man who looked about seventeen years old burst in loudly and shouted in a cheerful voice
"MAKINO!!! I'm here!!".
The young man quickly ran towards the table filled with food and looked greedily and hungrily at the food.
"Wow!! This is so good!! There's so much meat!!".
The young man said excitedly and then started eating like crazy.
Makino laughed and shook her head helplessly and then said "slow down Luffy you'll choke".
the young man is the future king of pirates.
Monkey D. Luffy.
Luffy was wearing an outfit consisting of blue shorts, a red sleeveless shirt and sandals, and on his head was a straw hat.
It took Luffy 10 minutes to finish all the food on the table.
"Aaaah, I'm full. Thank you Makino, you're the best".
Luffy said with a satisfied smile as he leaned back and patted his belly. Which was unnaturally swollen.
Makino smiled and looked at Luffy gently then said "You've grown so fast Luffy, tell me when do you plan to go to the sea?"
Luffy smiled and said "In two months from now I'll be seventeen and then I'll set off to achieve my dream."
Makino opened her mouth and was about to reply but she heard the sound of her apartment door opening.
Makino turned to the door that connected between her house and her bar then saw the blond boy standing there looking at Makino and Luffy in astonishment.
"Excuse me, who are you and where am I?"
Naruto asked as he looked around his new surroundings in wonder as his last memory was his Rasengan clashing with Sasuke's Chidori.
Then nothing.
"Ah!! You're finally awake!! I was worried about you."
Makino said happily then walked over to Naruto and tried to examine him.
Naruto stepped back then said "You still haven't answered my question miss where am I? And who are you?"
"Makino Who is this boy?? I've never seen him before".
At that moment, Luffy entered the conversation, looking at Naruto curiously.
Makino turned to Luffy and said, "This boy fell from a crack in the sky and was seriously injured, Luffy. That's why I took care of him and took care of him in my house."
Makino explained to Luffy while looking at Naruto curiously.
"What??!!! A crack in the sky!!!! This is amazing!!!" Luffy shouted excitedly and ignored Makino's other words about Naruto's injury.

Makino looked at Naruto and explained to him how she found him.
Naruto fell silent when he heard Makino and then said, "You mean this isn't Konoha or the Land of Fire??!!"
Naruto asked worriedly as he looked around intensely.
"Konoha?? What is this? Is this food??" Luffy asked Naruto stupidly.
Makino looked at Naruto then said hesitantly. "No, this isn't Konoha or Land of Fire. We are in Fusha Village, on the Island of Dawn. In the East Blue".
Naruto looked at Makino slowly then said, "Island of Dawn?? You mean I'm on an island in the sea!!".
Naruto shouted worriedly then rushed out of the bar.
"Wait a minute!! Don't be scared!!" Makino shouted to Naruto worriedly, but Naruto didn't stop and rushed out of the bar.
"Ahhh, what a disappointment, he escaped". Luffy said with a disappointed expression as he wanted to know more about the boy who fell from a crack in the sky.
"Quick, Luffy!! We have to catch him before he gets hurt!!" Makino said to Luffy urgently.
Then she grabbed his hand and pulled him with her behind Naruto.
Naruto looked around worriedly and saw the village bustling with activity and its people walking around peacefully.
Then he quickly ran to a street and rushed into the forest.
"Wait a minute, alien boy!! I want to ask you where you came from!!".
Luffy shouted as he ran after Naruto while Makino couldn't keep up with Naruto's running speed and stopped in the middle of the road, panting heavily.
Luffy continued to chase and catch up with Naruto.
Naruto looked at Luffy who was chasing him and said "leave me alone!!".
Then he turned towards Luffy and performed a seal with his hands and said "Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu!!".

Multiple clones of Naruto came out of the white smoke when Naruto finished speaking then they jumped on Luffy.
"Whaaattt??!! Clones??!!".
Luffy screamed in shock while trying to avoid the clones.
Naruto jumped on the giant trees in the forest then ran around the island.
It took Naruto 15 minutes but he managed to look in all directions of the island then he saw the endless blue sea surrounding him from all sides.
Naruto stood on a rocky cliff while the waves were crashing loudly below then he knelt and looked at the sky in extreme despair then he slowly said
"Where.... Where am I??"
