Prologue

"When will this end?" a mysterious man murmured, staring at the flames that danced in a strange way that cast a long, eerie form of monstrous shadow.

The man is in the middle of a forest that is filled with whispering and towering trees that cast long, eerie shadows. It seems to have a life of their own, and their rustling leaves carry a faint, eerie hum. The sky above the forest is always a swirling mix of purple and black, giving it a haunting beauty. However, there was little light aside from the light given by the dancing flame. The surroundings were filled with darkness as if the sunlight avoided the place.

It's been an hour since the man locked his eyes on the flickering flames. He never removes his eyes on that. He never changes position. He never moves an inch.

An hour passes again.

"Hmm… awakening day," he said. The man heavenly sighed that chilled the very air. "It's time to move again."

In a flicker of the man's finger, the flames died.
