When Rosen saw Douglas Bullet notice the change in one of Susanoo's arms, the smile on his lips slowly faded, and his pupils glowed with a cold scarlet light.

As that low voice fell, not only the arm that grabbed Douglas Bullet's fist, but the entire body of Susanoo's fourth form began to undergo drastic changes.

The Armament Haki, so terrifying it could only be described as massive, surged out of Rosen's body like a raging wave, instantly submerging Susanoo's fourth form.

From head to hands, from body to feet— every part of Susanoo began to change.
Driven by Rosen's will, the Armament Haki reshaped Susanoo into a larger, more complex, and more powerful form.

Susanoo obeyed. It reached for its waist, gripped the hilt, and— bathed in purple light that split the sky— drew a long, Haki sword.
With Susanoo in complete form, all its weapons were sculpted with the same level of detail— forged entirely from Armament Haki, as real and solid as any blade.
What came next shocked not only Douglas Bullet, but also Sengoku, Garp, Magellan, and the others watching from the warship.

As Susanoo drew the blade, the sheer pressure split the thick sea of clouds above the island, tearing open a horrifying chasm in the sky.

Douglas Bullet's pupils contracted in disbelief.
He had always believed his Haki to be at the very peak of the seas— both Conqueror's and Armament.
Especially his Haki reserves, vast as a tsunami.

In comparison to Rosen, Douglas Bullet finally understood the phrase: worlds apart.
In sheer volume, Susanoo's complete form— from head to toe, even its weapons— was forged entirely from Armament Haki.
In skill, Rosen could release and solidify his Haki to create a colossal warrior god, a Susanoo as mighty as a mountain.
As for the Conqueror's Haki…
There was no comparison.
Douglas Bullet knew he had quantity, but his Conqueror's was not as overwhelming as Rosen's, nor was his Armament as refined.
Most importantly— he had already used almost all his means in this battle: physical techniques, all Three Forms of Haki, and the Clank-Clank Fruit.
