"I like your humor," Sebastian said with a smile, unbothered by the threats or insults thrown at him.
"I wasn't trying to be funny," Zixuan added.
"Wow, you have an amazing talent. Just to add, you don't have much choice when it concerns my liking for you. Because anyone or anything I set my eyes on always ends up being mine." An evil glint flashed in his eyes.
"Sir." A subordinate ran inside, grabbing their attention. "A man named Li Haoran is outside."
Sebastian's lips instantly curved into a smile.
Happiness.
"Bring him here," he ordered.
The man nodded and bowed before leaving. A minute later, he returned—this time not alone, but with someone.
Haoran.
"Where is he?" The question slipped out the moment Haoran entered. That was the only thing he was bothered about.
"Here," Sebastian said, pointing to the tied Zixuan who was seated on the chair. His face was covered again and this time his lips were sealed with duct tape.
"Release him," Haoran ordered coldly.
