Atlas ran straight to the garden to see for himself what Freya had said, as they tried to resuscitate her.
"Aveline?!" He called out, as he looked around.
The blood was the first thing he saw, and just shortly after that, he saw the spot filled with her vomit..
His thoughts recalled her reaction in the kitchen. She looked like she was struggling to eat. What he didn't understand was the reason for the blood.
"Where are you, Aveline?" The hair all over his body stood upright, as he started to feel like there was some foul play involved.
The heads of the security officers walked. Into the garden to meet him, per his request.
"Good afternoon sir." Their voices called forth his attention.
"Where is Aveline?" He asked as soon as he turned around.
The two men, and one woman looked between themselves cluelessly..
"My fiance. The woman I'm supposed to be marrying tomorrow. Where the hell is she?"
"Sir," Marlon answered first. "We haven't seen her," he said.
