Atlas was just pulling out of his thoughts, when he heard footsteps walking into the living room.
"Is someone there?"
His heart jiggled on hearing Aveline's voice.
"Hello? I see–" Aveline stopped, and looked to her side where she saw Atlas laid.
Her forehead instantly creased. "You're back," she said to him.
Atlas gaze moved up, and then froze.
She was wondering why he wasn't answering her, but only looking at her, when she looked down on her body.
"Oh no!" She gasped internally.
In a haste to run downstairs to drink some water, she had thrown his hoodie on, because she was naked before.
"I didn't know you still had that." He pointed out.
"I'm sorry," she quickly apologized. "I should have returned it right after."
Atlas didn't hear a word she said. He was too busy looking at her thighs bare to his eyes.
"I'll take it off when I get to my room. I'll wash it tomorrow, and then bring it to you," she promised.
