When Aveline opened her eyes, she didn't expect to find herself in the living room of a huge mansion.
Her memory synced with her consciousness, and she remembered everything up to that point.
She straightened up, but when she felt something soft underneath her, she looked down to see she was on a soft leather couch.
Dropping her legs to the ground, her head made to move around to see more of her environment.
However, just on the first rotation, her eyes fell on a woman that made her heart skip a beat.
"Aveline Sinclair. You've grown into a woman," Nora Lyon said, and sipped out of her drink.
"You," Aveline whispered.
"Yeah me. But we need to hurry up and wrap this up before my son comes around. He's visiting, and from what I've seen so far, he's still very fond of you."
"What do you want from me?" She questioned defiantly.
Nora's head doubled. "Look at you. You grew into a tigress, Aveline. Thank God then. You're nothing like your weakling parents," she snarled.
