"You have trimmed the hedges so beautifully! It is like you are an expert!" Liora said as she saw how Elara had trimmed the hedges uniformly.
"Back home, I used to do these mundane works all the time; besides, I love to take care of plants. It is really calming," Elara replied to Liora as she also smiled, looking at the work she had done till now.
She had started her work in the morning, just after they had come out after finishing their breakfast.
She was responsible for the back palace garden. When Liora had told her that it was relatively secluded. She had thought it might just require a little work but when she arrived, she realised that the garden required quite a lot of work to be done.
From the overgrown hedges to the withered flowers, it was quite a mess. The garden, though, looked beautiful from afar; it was actually not in good condition when one looked at it from near.
