"Elara, are you okay?" Liora's voice came out panicked as she immediately rushed to Elara's side. A weird chill ran down Liora's spine as she looked at Elara's face, it had drained of all color, turning pale like moonlight.
For a brief moment, Elara looked fragile, like a lone leaf caught in air, twisting and trembling with nothing to hold on to. Her eyes were unfocused, her breaths comming out shallow.
"Here, sit down. Quickly." Liora guided her back to the chair Elara had been sitting on just moments ago. She moved carefully, almost took gentle.
"I… I'm fine," Elara gasped weakly, clutching the edge of the table for support. Her chest rose and fell unevenly as she tried to catch her breath.
