BOOM—!!!
An earth-shattering explosion rocked the entire Divine Foresight, unleashing waves of energy that rippled across the Xianzhou Luofu.
Tom stood stunned, his head blackened by the blast, a single curled strand of fur sticking straight up.
He coughed out a puff of soot-laden smoke, inadvertently blowing onto a cracked support pillar.
CRACK!
The pillar promptly gave way, toppling directly toward Tom, who sprinted frantically—but not fast enough.
BAM!
The pillar slammed onto Tom's head, burying him straight into the ground.
Like dominoes, every remaining support pillar began collapsing in rapid succession. Tiles and rubble crashed down from above, enveloping the hall in thick dust.
Atop the raised dais, General Jing Yuan sat in solemn silence, calmly observing the total ruin of his beloved Divine Foresight. He raised his gaze to the now-blinding sky, feeling the breeze that was once peaceful now unbearably noisy.
A random scrap of red explosive paper fluttered gracefully down, settling neatly over his small patch of recently exposed scalp.
Drawing a deep breath, Jing Yuan tried steadying his fraying nerves. He lifted his tea, hoping a sip would soothe him—but found the cup filled with dust. He could even glimpse the reflection of that ridiculous scrap of paper covering his head.
His hand trembled slightly, tea rippling ominously.
Sigh… Truly, a season of misfortune.
Still, the cat was charred, and the mouse had fled to its hole. For now, it seemed quiet might return—
But at that exact moment:
BOOM!
Another wall crumbled, fully exposing Jerry's mouse hole. Jerry stood frozen in shock.
Tom promptly shook off his charred appearance and, with a fresh face, bolted straight toward Jerry.
Jerry smirked, whipped out a cowboy hat from behind him, placed it stylishly atop his head, and grabbed his red blanket, shaking it provocatively.
Instantly, Tom's head morphed into a bull's, charging recklessly at Jerry. Jerry danced elegantly, evading effortlessly. At the right moment, Jerry opened the blanket wider, letting Tom charge straight through and vanish inside.
With a flick, Tom tumbled back out, dizzy and confused, reverting back to his normal cat form.
Jerry swiftly rolled the blanket into a makeshift club, slammed it onto Tom's foot—
SMACK!
Tom's eyes bulged comically as he clutched his paw, hopping about in exaggerated pain:
"YAAOOO—YOW—YOW—!!!"
His pain quickly turned to rage. But Jerry didn't hesitate, leaping up again, swinging his club down sharply onto Tom's head—
BANG!
Before Tom could respond, Jerry had already dashed out of the hall toward the exit.
A huge, angry red lump rose comically on Tom's head. Enraged, he whipped out a double-barreled shotgun, firing wildly at Jerry's retreating form.
BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!
Jerry dodged gracefully, mockingly dancing around each shot, then vanished beyond the door. Tom chased after him in hot pursuit.
Seeing this, Yevenko shot upright from where he had lain hopelessly moments earlier, desperately shouting:
"TOM!! COME BACK! JERRY!! STOP FIGHTING!!"
But both ignored him, quickly disappearing into tiny dots in the distance.
Yevenko slumped, defeated.
"Great…can I still run back to the Astral Express in time?"
He knew that if Tom and Jerry kept fighting, who knew what the Xianzhou would look like by the end. Tom wouldn't listen now—he was completely focused on Jerry. Yevenko was about as powerless as their cartoon housemaid.
Jerry, due to being summoned with a time limit, might instinctively favor him, but Yevenko had never tested this—so he couldn't be sure.
Just then, several Cloud Knights rushed in. Yanqing had already vanished somewhere, and the leader shouted:
"The General has been attacked! Lock down the area!"
But General Jing Yuan calmly descended from the dais. With Tom and Jerry gone, his injuries had miraculously healed: his dark circles vanished, and even his scalp returned to normal.
Feeling slightly better, Jing Yuan waved gently.
"No need. I'm unharmed. Stand down."
The knights saluted respectfully and withdrew swiftly.
Jing Yuan gazed mournfully at the ruins. Was trading the Divine Foresight for his appearance really worth it?
He turned his eyes slowly to Yevenko.
"You're guests from the Astral Express, yes? I've heard that a Cloud Knight afflicted by Mara was healed—was it truly your doing?"
Yevenko panicked inwardly, feeling indirectly responsible for the chaos. After all, Tom had ridden into Divine Foresight on his own shoulders.
Oh no, will he force me to rebuild the Divine Foresight myself? Or sacrifice me on the spot?
Glancing nervously around, Yevenko realized both Raiden Ei and Jade Chan had disappeared.
He remembered instructing Ei specifically to watch Jade Chan… Did even Ei lose sight of that energetic girl?
Swallowing hard, Yevenko replied carefully:
"Yes… Technically, it was Tom—the cat I brought—who cured the knight."
Jing Yuan nodded thoughtfully. Indeed, after Jerry's impossible displays, he could believe such a thing of Tom. Mara was supposedly incurable, yet…
After considering a moment, Yevenko continued:
"Tom can probably only save those recently afflicted. For those long lost to Mara…I doubt even he can help."
Jing Yuan pondered further, then asked gently:
"I overheard your conversation earlier. You called them Tom and Jerry. You seem to know them well. Could you share more information?"
He smiled reassuringly, "Don't worry. Luofu can afford losing one Divine Foresight. I won't hold it against you."
Yevenko's mouth twitched.
Yeah, losing the Divine Foresight might be manageable—but what about the whole Xianzhou Luofu?
He needed to stop Tom and Jerry quickly, before worse happened. Seeing Jing Yuan's guard lowered slightly, an idea sparked mischievously in Yevenko's mind. He subtly nudged March 7th's hand.
Seeing her confused look, he grinned wickedly at Jing Yuan:
"Kekeke… At this point, I have no reason to hide any longer. Behold…TRANSFORMATION!"
He pulled a stone seemingly from nowhere. Jing Yuan's eye twitched reflexively at this familiar, horrifyingly cartoonish motion.
A blinding white light enveloped Yevenko. When it faded, standing there was a tiny gray mouse wearing a spotless white diaper—Tuffy.
Jing Yuan gasped, instinctively releasing a spark of divine thunder from between his fingers, striking Yevenko dead-on, blackening him instantly.
But Yevenko shook himself casually, soot vanishing without a trace—even his diaper remained perfectly white.
Even the divine thunder of the Emperor Bow couldn't harm a diaper?!
Jing Yuan understood instantly.
Yevenko was clearly another being of Tom and Jerry's kind—no wonder he understood them so deeply.
March 7th, still puzzled over Yevenko's nudge, stared dumbly as Yevenko now pulled a large red bomb from inside his diaper, lighting the fuse casually on the floor.
Everyone panicked, scrambling backward at least twenty meters away.
Satisfied, Yevenko nodded and plopped down comfortably atop the bomb.
BANG—WHOOSH!!
The bomb blasted skyward, trailing comet-like flames. Yevenko's tiny figure vanished instantly, leaving only a faint blue ghost-image behind, which politely waved goodbye with a tiny white handkerchief before running off and disappearing as well.
Jing Yuan felt utterly numb.
One mysterious mouse had already stretched his nerves thin. Now there were two more…
Is the Luofu truly doomed?
He shook away the thought. He would focus on what he could do—dealing with the hidden Lord Ravager agent and now, the Stellaron Hunters.
He turned his gaze meaningfully to the remaining Astral Express members…

At that moment, Tingyun halted mid-stride, stunned by the distant explosion. Powerful gusts whipped her clothing against her supple curves as she turned toward the devastation.
Her eyes widened slightly.
Who could have destroyed the Divine Foresight? Even my plans weren't so extreme.
Clearly, another powerful player had arrived on Luofu—perhaps one of the Xianzhou generals secretly entered via star skiff?
She smirked slightly, considering a potential ally. Any disruption to the Xianzhou was welcome now.
Her mood lifted, Tingyun smiled gently.
But just then—
WHAM!
Something small slammed violently into her ankle, knocking her flat.
Sitting up quickly, she saw Jerry standing proudly before her, tongue dangling out, eyes spinning ridiculously in opposite directions as he danced mockingly.
Is this mouse…taunting me?
