Boom—!
Broly's powerful aura exploded outward, shaking the entire planet beneath his feet.
His energy surged to its highest level, violently swirling around him—yet his consciousness remained perfectly clear.
"Awesome! I won't lose control or attack randomly ever again!" Broly shouted, eyes gleaming with excitement.
Paragus bowed slightly to Rayden. "Thank you for helping Broly regain control."
Rayden smiled. Then, in his mind, he silently called out to the system.
"System, scan Broly and Paragus' combat power!"
A mechanical voice echoed in his head.
Beep!
Broly: 36.7 billion combat power. Bloodline: Legendary Saiyan.
Paragus: 260,000 combat power. Bloodline: Saiyan.
Rayden's eyes widened slightly. Broly's power jumped to 36.7 billion already?!
When I first landed on Planet Vampa, my combat power was just 720 million—and I could still knock Broly around. This super bloodline is beyond insane.
After just two major battles, his power has skyrocketed. Which means... my own power must've increased even more.
"System, check my current attributes!"
Beep!
Host: Rayden
Bloodline: Earthling, Legendary Saiyan
Age: 24 years old
Skills: Chi Sensing, Flight, Ki Blast, Kamehameha, Dragon Fist, Telekinesis, Thousand-Mile Voice Transmission, Instant Transmission, Plant Growth Induction, God-Level Combat Techniques
Items: Storage Ring, Consciousness Recovery Potion ×3, Spirit Fruit ×140, Spirit Tree Seed ×1, Senzu Beans ×986
Combat Power: 42.6 billion
Rayden's jaw nearly dropped. 42.6 billion?! That's insane!
This new bloodline gave me a ridiculous boost... It looks like I need stronger opponents to keep pushing my limits.
"Rayden, what are you staring at?" Broly asked, tapping him on the shoulder.
"Huh? Oh... nothing." Rayden snapped out of his thoughts. "I was just thinking."
Then he asked, "Broly, Paragus—have you thought about where you'll go next?"
Broly shook his head. "Planet Vegeta's gone. King Vegeta is dead too. We came out of Wampa to get revenge, but now... we don't really have a destination."
Paragus sighed quietly, visibly uncertain.
Rayden smiled and offered, "Why don't you come with me? There are countless planets out there, and we can train together in the universe. Once we find a peaceful world, you can settle down then."
Broly's eyes lit up. "Really? That sounds awesome!"
Paragus nodded. "Rayden... thank you again."
"Alright. Put your hands on my shoulders—we're off to the next planet."
Broly and Paragus placed their hands on Rayden's shoulders, and the three vanished.
---
Over the next two years, Rayden, Broly, and Paragus traveled from planet to planet, training and fighting throughout the galaxy.
Rayden occasionally sparred with Broly, testing their strength and helping each other grow stronger.
He also taught them how to sense chi and shared some foundational techniques like Ki Blasts and Flight. Broly learned quickly, while Paragus, despite his age, made steady progress too.
---
Two years later...
One day, the trio arrived on a new planet. There were no signs of intelligent life.
The land was lush with massive forests—towering trees hundreds of meters tall. Land and sea were evenly split, and the environment was rich with energy.
Broly looked around and asked, "Rayden, there's no one living here. Should we just leave?"
Rayden shook his head. "No need to rush. It's rare to find such a planet. Let's plant a Spirit Tree here."
"Spirit Tree?" Paragus raised an eyebrow. "Is that the one that produced the fruit we've been eating?"
Over the last two years, Rayden had shared spiritual fruits with both Broly and Paragus. Their strength and vitality had greatly improved. Paragus even looked years younger.
"Yes," Rayden confirmed. "Those were fruits from a Spirit Tree—but they were grown by others. This time, I'll plant one myself."
He retrieved a Spirit Tree Seed from his storage ring, dug a small hole in the ground, and placed the seed inside.
Before he could even cover the hole, the seed began to sprout.
In the blink of an eye, it transformed into a towering tree—so massive that it pierced through the clouds and stretched into space.
Small green fruits began growing on its enormous branches.
Broly's jaw dropped. "That was... instant! It grew in just a second!"
Paragus was equally stunned. "This is my first time seeing it grow from the beginning... Unbelievable."
Rayden chuckled. "Yeah, that's the first tree I've planted myself. Now we just wait for the fruits to ripen."
Broly looked around and noticed something odd.
"Rayden... the planet is changing. The forest's shrinking. That lake over there is drying up."
Rayden nodded solemnly. "That's one of the downsides. Spirit Trees absorb a planet's energy to grow and bear fruit. If the planet has life, the tree will destroy it."
Paragus looked horrified. "This tree is sucking the whole planet dry!"
"We'll take what we need and leave," Rayden said. "The fruits are almost ripe."
Soon, the tree's fruits matured, glowing with intense energy.
The three quickly got to work, harvesting the Spirit Fruits. Rayden flew to the top of the tree and found several more seeds hidden in the crown.
Back on the ground, he counted the harvest—367 fruits.
He was amazed. I didn't expect this many. The planet's size and energy must've boosted the yield.
He handed 100 fruits each to Broly and Paragus, then stored the remaining 167 in his storage ring.
Broly blinked in disbelief. "Rayden... this is too much!"
Rayden laughed. "It's fine! Pack them in a Universal Capsule. If you find another uninhabited planet someday, you can plant more."
Paragus nodded gratefully. "Thank you, Rayden."
"Let's move on."
Rayden reached out, touched their shoulders—and teleported them away.
---
Swish!
Rayden, Broly, and Paragus suddenly appeared in a large conference hall filled with alien soldiers.
Everyone froze.
A boar-headed officer shouted, "Intruders! Capture them!"
Clap-clap-clap!
Dozens of soldiers charged in from all directions.
Within seconds, they were surrounded by over a hundred fighters from across the universe.
"What's going on?" Broly asked, confused.
A nearby soldier yelled, "General Angela! Three unauthorized individuals just appeared inside the base. We're capturing them and turning them over to King Slug!"
Rayden narrowed his eyes. Slug... Looks like my Instant Transmission brought us right into his stronghold.
"Rayden, what now?" Broly scratched his head.
Rayden grinned. "Leave them to Paragus. You and I will wait outside."
"Father, good luck! We'll be outside," Broly said cheerfully before teleporting out with Rayden.
The remaining soldiers looked around in confusion.
"Where did those two go?!"
"Forget them! Don't let this guy escape!"
They lunged at Paragus from every direction.
But no matter what they did, none of their attacks even grazed his clothes.
Angela, clearly frustrated, shouted, "You fools! He's just one man! Let me handle this!"
She charged at Paragus—but was immediately smacked aside with one slap.
Paragus sighed. "This is boring."
He punched upward, blasting a hole through the roof, then flew into the sky, charging energy in his hands.
"Wonderful Wave!"
A massive blast of concentrated energy struck the base from above.
BOOM!
The base exploded into rubble. Every soldier was wiped out in an instant.
Suddenly, from far away, a furious roar echoed through the sky.
"RAAAGH—WHO DID THIS?!"
