Chapter 13 - Chapter 11:The gym stream

After weeks of digital grind, the world finally saw them offline. KyoZ3ro and Clix—two of Fortnite's most precise players—streamed their first IRL gym session together.

> "What's up chat, this is what peak Fortnite duos look like," Clix grinned, flexing into the camera as Kyo stood behind him tightening a lifting belt.

The chat exploded:

> "W KYOCAM??" "CLIXZ3RO GYM STREAM LET'S GOOOO" "Bro's not just mechanical on Fortnite 😳"

Kyo remained mostly silent on stream, but every movement was measured. He wasn't there to show off. He was there to sharpen. And for once, viewers could see it physically—he wasn't just mentally dominant. He was cut like an athlete.

Clix, on the other hand, kept the energy up.

> "This guy doesn't talk much, but trust—he's probably analyzing our macros mid-set."

They did deadlifts, shoulder presses, some core work. Every now and then, Clix would talk about builds and endgame plays while spotting Kyo.

> "Yo chat, we're grinding the gym like we grind FNCS. You think anyone's outworking us?"

> "No," Kyo finally said.

Chat exploded again.

Home Base

After the session, they returned to Kyo's apartment, sweaty and laughing. The mood shifted as soon as they opened the door.

Horikita was in the kitchen.

She wore an apron over a black long-sleeved top, hair tied up neatly. A slight sizzle came from the pan. The smell of garlic, sesame oil, and something spicy filled the space.

> "Shower. Then eat," she said without looking at them.

> "Yes, ma'am," Clix joked, immediately tossing his bag down.

Kyo just nodded, walking silently to the bathroom.

After they returned, Horikita had laid out everything: grilled chicken, rice, miso soup, steamed vegetables, and cucumber salad.

> "Macros adjusted for training. I don't want either of you crashing during qualifiers."

Clix looked at her in disbelief.

> "Bro, you're insane. You game, cook, manage this guy, AND flame me when I troll?"

> "Only when necessary."

The Qualifiers Begin

That weekend, FNCS qualifiers kicked off.

Kyo and Clix were locked in.

Their drop spot was secured after weeks of off-stream planning and bait games. They landed uncontested at Northern Split, looted fast, and rotated with perfect timing.

Game 1: Top 5 with 9 elims. Game 2: Victory Royale. 11 elims. Game 3: A rough rotate left them mid-pack. Game 4: Clix clutched a 1v2 in the final zone.

> "He's HIM," Kyo typed in the team chat.

By Day 2, they were in top 10 on the leaderboard.

The analysts were buzzing again.

> "Clix finally has a duo that can keep up with his instincts and correct them in real-time." "KyoZ3ro isn't just calm—he's clinical."

On the couch between matches, Horikita handed Kyo a drink.

> "Hydrate. You're still holding your breath in mid-game moments. Fix that."

Kyo gave her a rare smile.

> "Noted."

Clix looked between them.

> "I swear this whole apartment runs on military-grade discipline."

Horikita looked over, cool as ever.

> "Maybe you should try it sometime."

Clix grinned.

> "You'd make a hell of a coach."

Closing In

As FNCS qualifiers continued, their synergy sharpened.

Clix's mid-game aggression started aligning with Kyo's rotations. Kyo started trusting Clix's calls more. Horikita's presence—quiet but constant—kept both of them focused.

Every stream, more fans tuned in to watch not just the plays but the people behind them.

One tweet captured it best:

> "Kyo's the brain. Clix is the fire. Horikita is the calm. This isn't just a trio—it's a machine."
