"Here, eat this," Alexei said, placing a bowl of congee in front of Elijah.
The young master had shaved his face, looking as energetic as ever. His blue eyes were glowing as he placed a glass of milk on the small table.
The afternoon light slipped from the balcony and illuminated the room.
There was no debris from the previous day, not even a tiny shred. The carpet was changed as well.
A small table was placed on Elijah's lap so he could comfortably eat while resting on his bed.
"The doctor said you need to make up for all the nutrients you've lost. You can't skip your meal."
Although Elijah tended to eat his breakfast on time, the rest of his meals weren't so punctual.
If it weren't for Alexei living with him, the exorcist would have skipped more meals. The young master was well aware of these little habits.
So, he picked up the spoon, blew the steam before bringing the milky porridge to Elijah's lips. "Here, I'll feed you."
Elijah felt helpless.
