[ After Breakfast ]
Y/n sat by her window, her coffee untouched. She wasn't sad anymore — she was mad, confused, and suspicious. Her father's new wife wasn't just a random woman. Something about her didn't sit right.
Jin knocked softly before entering.
Jin: "You skipped breakfast again. Eat, princess."
Y/n gave a faint smile.
Yn: "I'm not hungry, Jin oppa."
Jimin: "Please baby mochi, just a little bite."
Yn: "Okay fine, just for you I'll eat."
Soon, all her brothers were in her room — some standing, some sitting, but all wearing the same expression, worry mixed with frustration.
Suga (coldly): "There's no record of her anywhere. Not even a birth certificate."
RM: "That's impossible. Everyone leaves a trace."
Y/n (serious): "Unless someone erased it."
Jhope: "Then whoever did it is powerful."
V: "Powerful or dangerous."
Jimin: "Both, probably."
Y/n ( crossed her arms): "Then we find out who she really is. I don't care whatever it takes."
Jungkook (smirked a little): "That's my girl."
They searched for hours — digging through encrypted files, old archives, and even private databases. Still nothing. Not a name, not a face.
Jin : *slammed his laptop shut* "Damn it. It's like she never existed."
RM: "No. It's like someone made sure she disappeared."
Y/n: "Then I'll make sure she re-appears."
Just then, their father's voice echoed down the hall ;
Dad: "Kids! We're going out tonight to one of our restaurants we bought recently. Be there by 7!"
The siblings exchanged looks. Y/n sighed, muttering,
Yn: "Perfect timing, huh?"
Everyone except YN: " Hmm, right."

[ Evening – Basement ]
6:59 PM. The mansion felt unusually quiet dad had already left the mansion.
A guard came running down the hall, breathless.
Guard: "Sir! Kai—he tried to escape… and Hana—she's dead!"
Silence. Then chaos.
Jin: "WHAT?!"
RM: "Where is he?"
Guard: "In the basement. We caught him before he could run."
We all rushed downstairs — the air thick with the metallic scent of blood. Hana's body was on the floor, motionless. It was giving the sign that her soul had already left her body.
Jimin: (clenched his fists) "That bastard…"
Suga: "Tie him up. I'll deal with him later."
Guards: "Yes sir."
Y/n stood still for a second, eyes locked on the scene. She wasn't scared — she was furious. Her jaw tightened as she turned toward the guards.
Y/n: "Clean this mess. Make sure no one outside this mansion knows, and don't tell dad yet we'll tell dad ourselves. "
Guard: "Yes Mam."
Her voice was cold, controlled, the same tone she'd inherited from her father.
V: "Y/n…"
Y/n: "I'm fine. I've seen worse. He'll regret touching someone from this family."
By the time it was all handled, it was 8:00 PM. They didn't have time to change, so they went as they were — slightly dishevelled, a few blood stains visible. But none of them cared. The Kims never feared judgment.

[ At the Restaurant – 8:15 PM ]
Their father sat at the centre table with his new wife, looking cheerful.
Stepmom: "Oh my, you're late!"
Jin (forced smile): "We needed to handle a family business."
Her gaze fell on Y/n's sleeve, where a faint red mark lingered.
Step-mom: "Dear, what happened to your dress?"
Y/n (smirked): "You could say… some marks don't faint easily. "
The woman's smile faltered, but she recovered quickly and turned to RM.
Stepmom: "Namjoon, you've grown so tall and handsome. You remind me of your father."
RM: "You think so?, but we met for the first time." (flat tone)
Stepmom: "Ohh yes we are meeting for the first time but I could imagine how adorable you were in childhood."
She laughed softly, pretending everything was normal.
But everyone noticed how her kind tone vanished whenever Y/n spoke. She ignored her completely, not even glancing her way.
Jungkook: ( leaned close) "She's pretending to be nice."
Jimin: (whispered) "And she's bad at pretending."
Y/n: "Let her keep the act going. I'll tear off the mask myself."
When dinner ended, their father stayed behind with her, but the siblings left early — not wanting to cause a scene.

[ Car Ride — back Home ]
The car was quiet for a while. The city lights flickered past the windows, reflecting off Y/n's eyes — calm, but burning.
Suga: (broke the silence first) "You okay?"
Y/n: "No."
Jin: (glanced at her through the mirror) "About her or about Kai?"
Y/n: "Both."
RM: (sighed) "Kai was trained by us. If he betrayed the family, it wasn't random."
Jhope: "You think someone paid him?"
Y/n: "Maybe. Or maybe someone promised him something bigger."
Her voice grew colder.
Yn: "I'll find out tonight."
V: "Y/n, you just got home. Let's handle it tomorrow—"
Y/n: (cut him off) "No. He killed Hana. He betrayed our name. I'm not waiting."
Jhope: "But don't risk anything or no one can handle dad, you know?"
Suga: "I'll go with her, so she can't take a big step."
Jimin: "Great idea Yoongi."
Jk: "Please keep the princess safe."
Suga: "She isn't only your princess she is our princess too and I'll keep her safe too."
Rm: "Ok ok stop bickering."
Yn: "Namjoonie oppa is right I'm tired already and I also need to teach Kai a great lesson."
Everyone stopped talking and bickering and soon they reached their mansion.

[ Basement – 11:35 PM ]
The basement was dimly lit, the air heavy. Kai sat tied to a chair, his face bruised, blood dried on his lip. When Y/n stepped inside, everyone guarding him stepped back.
Kai: (smirked weakly) "The little princess came to play?"
Y/n's expression was emotionless. She picked up a metal rod from the side table and hit hard on Kai's leg.
Kai screamed in pain...
Y/n (coldly): "You killed Hana."
Kai: "She got in the way."
Y/n: "She was family."
Kai: (chuckled) "Family? In this house, that word doesn't mean anything."
Y/n didn't flinch. She leaned closer, her voice low and scary.
Y/n: "You're right. But betrayal… that means DEATH."
Her hand moved fast — not to kill, but to strike fear. She slammed the metal rod onto the wall beside his head, the sound making him freeze.
Y/n: (whispered) "You've got one chance to speak, after that it's between you and your life. Who made you do it?"
Kai: (smirk faded, He hesitated) "I… I can't."
Y/n: (tone sharpened) "You will or else..."
For the first time that night, Kai's eyes showed fear.
Behind her, Suga watched silently, arms crossed,
Suga: "You've learned well, Y/n."
Y/n: "Now he'll know who he messed up with..."
Suga: "Kai I think you'd better answer her question before she loses all her temper"
Kai: "She's just like her father"
Y/n in anger,
Y/n (coldly, smirked): "No I'm Worse.."
After that Suga and Y/n left the basement commanding the guards to watch him more closely.

[ In Hallway ]
The brothers were waiting except Suga. V, Jimin and Jk were sitting on the couch and were nervous, Rm and Jin were leaning on the Wall near the couch and Hobi was walking here and there.
Jimin: "You're back how do you feel?"
Rm: "What did you do?"
Y/n: "I'm fine and nothing I did nothing just gave him a little fear..."
Suga: "I saw his fear for the first time in his eyes."
Jin sighed but couldn't hide a proud smile.
Jhope: "Well now he knows why we don't mess with the youngest Kim."
V ( chuckled): "Our little princess turned the basement into a battlefield."
Jungkook(smiled proudly but protectively): "That's our girl."
They all walked to their room to get fresh after a very long and tiring day
Y/n: "Umm Jin Oppa can i have a word after you get fresh?"
Jin: "Sure princess, just don't ask silly questions. "
Yn: "okay oppa."
