Chapter 157 - You won't tell me what to do

HOPE

Jeremy turns to me, but my eyes have already shifted to dark. My wolf hasn't fully taken over, and it won't unless I am in real trouble or in pain, but I'm not going to run away from this fight. No matter how much my mates would like me to.

"No. You can watch me do it. If there's one thing you should know for sure about me by now, Jeremy, it's that I'm not going to sit around and wait."

He doesn't like that answer one bit, but he steps out of my way, walking closely beside me as I approach the hell of a mess outside.

My gaze meets Kiara's as I step outside, a little grin at the corner of my lips. "You were seeking me, right? You found me, dumbass."
