"Go go! Seong-hoo"
I didn't realize the ball was coming towards me so it me in the face ,and felt a surge of pain.
"Shit".
"Are you okay" my teammates asked
"Yeah I'm fine"I replied , trying to brush it off
Then the referee blew the whistle and told me sit down on the bench and he said "Are you already tired?".
But that's not reason that I got hit by the ball because some familiar voice shouted my name
I looked around and wonder who could it be?
and then I saw him "Lee Taeju"standing on the sideline and a smirk on his face .
As our eyes meet, I felt rush of emotion s,We hadn't been parted on the best term's and here he was, but seeing him here,cheering for me was unexpected.
"Seong-ho are you okay?"my teammate asked again noticing my distraction.
"Yeah I'm all good"I replied trying to focus on the game but mind was somewhere else Wonder why Taeju's here and what does he want.
As the match ended ,I made my way to the locker room ,my filled with questions looking for any answers.I stormed into the locker room ,then the saw Taeju Shirtless standing near my locker didn't hesitate to approach him my anger was simmering just below the surface .
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!"I demanded my low voice and even.
Taeju raised an eyebrow , seemingly amused by my anger "Just here to support my favorite player"he said his tone dripping with sarcasm.
I narrowed my eyes "cut the act Taeju ,you're not here to support anyone but yourself ,what do you want"?
Taeju smirked flattered for a moment"Oh seong-ho always assume the worst,well I just wanted to see how you do"
I took a step closer ,my fist clenched "Don't play games with me Taeju"
You're still as fiery as ever,Taeju said his voice is low and husky ,he took another step his eyes never leaving me.
,I swallowed hard trying to maintain my compusture
Taeju eye sparkled with amusement as I pushed him slowly in the shoulder
"Oh seong-ho your touchy as ever'his voice dripping with tease.
I felt a rush to my cheeks as I realized my action "Don't read to much into it" I said trying to sound nonchalant.
Taeju chuckled, the sound sending a shover down to my spine ,I cleared my throat trying to shake the feeling of unease "lets just focus on the reason why are you here?".
Taeju smiled,"of course so..."
My hearth skipped a beat as I waited him to continue,"What?
Taeju took another step closer ,his eyes burning with intensity "like I said I wanted to see you"
My hearth was beating so fast,
Taeju's expression suddenly shifted from flirtatious to serious and he took a step back "GOTCHA"
I felt of mixed relief and embarrassment as I realized I'd been played "you're such a jerk"I said trying to hide my blush.
"See ya"taeju said as he leave.
I watched him goes out ,I couldn't help but feel a sense of familiarity comfort.
As I was walking my way to my apartment processing what just went down.My mind thinking about about taeju wondering if he was flirting or just messing I shakes my head trying to clear my thoughts "Don't be ridiculous Seong-ho" I told myself.
Just then ,someone taps me on the shoulder ,I turned around ....
