The first thing Zara felt was the cold.
Sharp. Icy. Like a warning.
Her eyes snapped open — velvet sheets, glass chandeliers, and a man standing by the window, dressed in black, watching the city like he owned it.

Zara sat up, her throat dry.

Zara's heart crashed against her ribs.
"He… sold me?"
Leonardo smirked — a cruel, deadly curve of his lips.

Zara froze.
A soft, robotic voice echoed in her head.
Her eyes darted around — but no one else reacted.

She clenched her fists.
